Everybody who has been involved with selling my mum's house has been superb. It has been far from straightforward but it has always felt that nothing was too much for the team. They were always cheerful, helpful, careful to explain things fully, incredibly patient, thorough, efficient and so many times seemed to go above and beyond... perhaps most memorably being the removal of the dead pigeon discovered in one of the rooms just before a viewing! We chose Mike and his team after meeting with several estate agents to assess the service they offered, cost and professionalism. We are delighted with our choice. Their approach throughout has been great. Right from advising on an appropriate price, through marketing to finding a buyer and monitoring progress. When the initial buyer dropped out they were quick to get the property back on the market and find a new buyer. As a bonus they are a lovely friendly team to deal with.
