Mockford and Hunt were absolutely incredible with our house move. I can’t praise them highly enough. The sale of our house was not straight forward at all, was extremely stressful most of the time and Tim was fantastic with his communication and made us feel so comfortable. I could update him at 10pm, and he would reply with updates at all hours when I never expected such high standards. I’m really grateful for Tim’s hard work and determination to get us across the finish line. Everything was 11/10. Thank you so much again!

I’m so happy that I decided to change estate agents after a horrible experience with Wards I mainly worked with Tim and he’s been great returning messages and phone calls very rapidly and so friendly and approachable I’m so appreciative of them when I say if your looking for an estate agency to look after you just don’t waste your time with any one else you will get professional and personal help with any questions and queries and they will sell your home as quick and painless as they possibly can that was my experience with them.

Have to say I have known Tim for many years now and his knowledge of the local housing market never ceases to amaze me. I have not met another agent in all me years with more integrity, local market knowledge and customer service. Some are as good, but in my opinion no one better. At the very least you should have a conversation with him or his team before deciding upon an agent.

Superb service from start to finish.
I am relatively new to house buying and selling, as this was my second home purchase. Unfortunately we had a very complicated and difficult chain, however, these estate agents helped us through all the drama to make it as smooth as possible. Small details such as a WhatsApp group that is viewable at most hours of the day by the team for any queries means that these guys are worth the money... I feel that with a "normal" estate agents, the communication would simply be nonexistent. This was apparent from my observation of the other estate agents involved in the chain. I cannot reccommend Tim, Charlotte and Francis enough!

From the day the agent stepped into my home. I found Tim to have a very different approach to other estate agents. I felt relaxed not under any pressure with his straight talking honest way with and indepth knowledge of the local market. During his assessment and valuation that was fair and accurate. Communication is great and very fast. Highly recommended Mockford because the whole team know what's happening and when so I can be update instantly.Brilliant

Tim and the team’s communication was brilliant throughout. They even assisted us with our onward purchase which was a lot trickier as we were dealing with an agent who appeared to care a whole lot less about us than Tim’s team did!
