The staffs were very helpful and understanding specially David. I was late at the viewing due to unforeseen traffic and he moved the time slot to make room for the viewing. Definitely recommend them.

Neil and his team at Your Move in Ashford, Kent were absolutely brilliant and an integral part of my house purchase. I would even go as far to say, if it wasn’t for Your Moves persistence in keeping both solicitors on track through the whole process, I wouldn’t be in my lovely three story town house now.

I had a very complex issue as was moving to Ashford due to redeployment, the first property was taken off the market and this was to become the start of a string of issues, which became very stressful for myself my family as well as the team Kelly, Steven and Mandy, one by one they were ironed out and with a lot of hard work we moved into a lovely house which has become our home, the tireless work and dedication of this team is second to none, always ready to help and they go above and beyond to put things right, and hey presto we are here and happy and I know the team at your move are happy for us .....thank you :0)

At first I got the impression that there were few cares given with any issue I was giving them. As though they were passing the buck so to speak. However I have to say they have really redeemed themselves going above and beyond to help resolve any issues I have as a tenant. I like to think they genuine care about my needs and requirements. Me and my partner made the decision to rent a property in ashford and it just so happened to be your move that was managing it. Prior to selecting a property Steven took the time to show us round 3 different properties he had to offer and was very patient with us. Steven made even the experience of looking at properties simple, mainly because he wasn’t pushy and happy to have a laugh and a joke which gave the process more of a ‘human’ touch whilst maintaining a level of professionalism.
When a property was chosen Steven was very eager to get us in as soon as possible providing regular updates to not just me but my partner alike which doesn’t always happen which was appreciated. I cannot fault Steven and the service that he delivered to us.
We have also had interactions with Kelly at your move. She too has always been incredibly accommodating when spoken to and you do not feel like anything your asking from her is too much.
