We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job.
After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze.
When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling.
The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate.
I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

I had my house on with three estate agents in Ashford, all three promised the world but Connells delivered, they were the last agent I put the house on with and they sold it. This was in August 2023 when the interest rates were rising and they still found a buyer.
From the start Kieren and his team in the office were amazing. When the house was sold Tracey kept me informed every step of the way, we were due to exchange contracts and the buyers solicitor was out of the office on this day, Tracey insisted another solicitor done it, contracts exchanged thanks to Tracey.
I would highly recommend Connells in Ashford.

It’s like they genuinely do not want to sell the house!? If I was a seller with my house listed with them; I would be very concerned about how they are handling the interest on my property! She was very helpful and knowledgeable from the start and went the extra mile working later one night to get my mortgage rate cheeper before they increased the next day.Moving house is very stressful but Wendy was there every step of the way giving support. I recently moved from London to Ashford and Connells was the estate agent we were purchasing through. I'm so grateful to the team there as they gave me more help and support than my own estate agents in London! I mainly dealt with Nathan, Tracey and Curtis who were all very helpful but every one I spoke to from the office was friendly, helpful and always passed messages on. Nathan especially was my go to man, I probably drove him crazy at times but it really made a difference knowing I could give him a call and feel like he would actually listen and try to help rather than fob me off! I don't plan on moving again for a very long time but if I was going to move tomorrow I would definitely get Nathan and his team to help me!

Let us start off by saying that our experience of buying our first home together couldn’t have been worse frankly. We were in a chain of four and the whole process in total took eight months. I solely blame this on poor solicitors and estate agents. This being said Connells was the exception to this. We both found them to be very good and professional. Tracey Keithson, the sales progressor, was amazing. Tracey kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and whilst being very professional also added a personal touch showing care and empathy to our situation. Had it not been for her consistent perseverance I honestly doubt that we would now have a completion date for our new property or we would have just pulled out entirely. Tracey is an asset to Connells and we thank her for her help.
I would 100% use Connells in the future to either buy or sell.
I would NOT however use their recommended solicitors ‘Davisons’ absolutely terrible - find your own.

I'm a first time buyer and didn't know much about buying a house, so I've decided to get some professional help from a mortgage advisor.
I've chose Connells agency and there adviser Wendy Rolfe which was a great choice.
She have been very helpful with absolutely everything from beginning, sorting out my credit history, getting the best mortgage option from the bank, then helping with all documents which was needed , and at the end she was chasing the solicitors to finish the process quickly.
Wendy you are legend!

We had a number of estate agents visit to provide a valuation for our house sale, and Nathan Setterfield stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. We opted to sell with Nathan and have not regretted the choice. I have had such a positive experience with Connells in Ashford. I'd just been through a bad experience with another Estate Agents and fortunately the experience was not repeated.
I mainly dealt with Nathan and Tracey and found them to be professional, friendly and responsive. Throughout the process, Tracey responded to my queries in a timely manner and made, what could have been a stressful experience, a pleasurable one.

If I could offer a negative star review I would do. They are very unhelpful and unprofessional.
If you are looking to sell your house with them and have an estate agent show people around I wouldn't bother.
As a buyer the guy just walked in and sat down, didn't show us around or know anything about the property.
They try to bribe you to use in house services by saying your offer won't be accepted otherwise. However, the services aren't even in house, they're separate companies.
The sales progressor couldnt progress a fire with petrol and was very clueless offering many contradictions.
They never respond to query emails, the phone often rings off and when our property fell through they just emailed us, never a call which is appalling service.
Absolute shambles of a firm and I'm surprised they get any business at all. You would be better off using haart, Stevens or probably doing it yourself.

Hard earned savings would have been wasted on a purchase which we soon after discovered would have failed as there is a huge cladding problem with the flats! Communication is terrible. I found Harriet at this branch particularly unprofessional and somewhat abrupt. She will tell you that she will ask the landlord about the questions and get back to you but she doesn’t... a few days later the property was taken off the website, and not a single email or call back. Looks she couldn’t be bothered to ask? No integrity whatsoever.
Furthermore, I called regarding another property; had to call several times before getting through to someone and it was Harriet... nearly booked a viewing but when I told her my name she then shut me down and said it’s for single occupancy only - fair enough, I can understand that some are. So I look on Rightmove again, no where does it say that on this advertisement so I call back and I got “we don’t put restrictions on our advertisements” so I check a few other Connells properties advertisements and they do say “single occupancy” “no smokers”. Maybe they just pick and choose the tenants before even going to landlord, somewhat feel discriminated by them.
As for the other agents I dealt with in this branch, can’t fault them. Just Harriet is shocking to deal with.

I noticed online that Ashford is really busy and properties are letting very quickly for a good price. I decided to ring a few agents to find out more information about Ashford and where would be best to buy for investment. Harriet from your Lettings team stuck out the most to me. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained what most renters look for in properties and what areas are popular. When I do eventually buy in Ashford, Connells is the agent I would call.

I wanted to leave a review to get a bit of recognition for some of those who work at Connells Ashford & Park Farm branch.
I believe the first houses me and my partner wanted to view was through Connells and we were offered the Broker services. I already had someone lined up who I was happy to sort out the mortgage side of things for me but thought it would be good to get a second opinion and basically use a free service.
I went to Ashford Connells and met Wendy Rolfe. After going through the numbers and all the legal things, I thought that Wendy had done an amazing job and was very professional and helpful! We decided after that to use the Connells services.
We found a home to purchase and Wendy had spoken to the vendor on our behalf and got us the deal we went in for. Everything since then from Wendy has been brilliant and she is always in contact with us with updates. When the house sale fell through, we went though the numbers again and have added an extra 30k to our budget, again something I'd like to thank Wendy for, that now we've actually ended up getting the house we dreamed of for only a little extra! We're still going through the process now but I'm assured that we are in good hands with this property with Wendy.

Another name I'd like to mention from the Ashford branch is George Buchanan! George was the first estate agent to show us around houses in Ashford ever and I have to say i wish he could have showed us around all the houses we ever viewed. If anyone is to view houses with Connells I'd ask specifically for him.
I found George extremely good at his job, he knew everything about the houses we viewed, had great ways to improve aspects of houses we weren't too keen on and deffinetly never gave it the hard sell. I found George very down to earth and it was brilliant to have laugh whilst viewing properties.
It was only until after viewing houses with other companies that we realised that George had done a brilliant job, and we thoroughly enjoyed following him around behind his car around Ashford for hours looking at houses. (Give this man a bonus)

Again from your park farm branch as well, we spoke with a lady who met us at the address. I apologise I cannot remember her name but she did meet us there again a few days later when we went for a second viewing to decide on the property. I thought that she had sold the property very well and again gave us really good tips for what could be done to improve the property that we ended up going for the house sale.
And lastly Leah Watson who we only met with once and viewed one property with, but had spoken to her on the phone a few times. After our first property fell though, Leah called us the following day and remembered us from speaking with us on the phone. She had sent us some properties that the park farm branch had and was very helpful over the phone. Unfortunately the two properties we wanted to view had sold/had to isolate and Leah got us as the first viewers on a town house in Kingsnorth. Again she was very good at her job, I believe this was the first time she had also seen the property for real but she had answers to all our questions and pitched the house very well. We had a great conversation with her and we had plenty of time to decide. We ended up not wanting the house but Leah had called the following day and after hearing the news had said she would keep an eye out for us and contact us in the future.
Thank you and we will deffinetly be selling with Connells in the future and will most certainly be using the services from Wendy again!

You email asking for any similar properties and again, no response whatsoever. Will avoid in future and use other companies!

Connells in Ashford have been of great assistance to my wife and myself in trying to find a new home, particularly their agent Aimee, who has been trying her hardest to find us that special property.
Always quick and efficient in arranging viewings when we’ve asked for them, suggesting other properties we may have overlooked and being spot on with her assessment of our requirements, etc.

Hands down the worst estate agents in the business. The customer service is pathetic, the staff are totally clueless, we did not have a single viewing in 16 weeks(what a joke). They promise you the earth and they deliver nothing, they do not use a professional photographer instead the staff take pictures of your property on there smart phone(poor quality). We had absolute no communication at all, they never return phone calls or emails, avoid these guys at all cost . We used another estate agent and had 6 viewings in the first week and sold our property within 3 weeks.

Dan phoned me to say he had a viewing on my property, then never contacted me back to say when. I called and asked what had happened about the viewing and was there any feedback, was told they were busy and I never heard another word from them. I got a call from customer services, who promised I would hear from the branch very shortly, needless to say no one called.
They booked another appointment for Raife to come and visit me as the photos were, as they put it, dull and dingy. Waited in all morning but Raif never arrived.

Exactly the same happened to me !!!
Rubbish!!!!! Have rang on many occasions on a property I wanted to rent, they told me on many occasions they would call me back and did not bother..... Asked them to ask the landlord questions for me about the property and they did not, lots of stress, and pants customer care( don't bother) with these Amatures !!!!! Now the property is not longer available after my one week callings.
