We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job.
After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze.
When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling.
The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate.
I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

As a first time buyer her knowledge was invaluable and she took the time to walk through me through the buying process from start to finish in a simple and easy to understand way. I came to Connells as I have heard good reviews and had sold through them years ago. The team who helped were fantastic, friendly and professional. The service they provided us was brilliant! Nathan came out to value our property initially and was very informative with his knowledge of the housing market. The sales team were excellent with selling my property, Leah always kept us updated on viewings and helped us get a buyer! We had Tracey Keithson assist us with our sale and purchase which we knew would always have ups and downs, but Tracey was brilliant with keeping us updated and held our hand along the way. (she is a real credit to Connells! - an absolute diamond!) Our sale and purchase has had lows and highs but in the end we are grateful for everything this Connells office has done. Thank you all so much for making our dream of moving home come true!

Fantastic work by Connells with our house purchase and their financial advice and mortgage assistance. Wendy was a real star throughout. Very professional and friendly. Chased up everything and got things moving quickly when other parties in the transaction chain seemed to be slowing. If everybody in the rest of the chain had a Wendy we'd have completed months ago.
