Kyen helped us throughout the process of finding a suitable home, and was very diligent at keeping us informed, both by phone and e-mail. We are really looking forward to moving into our property in the Ribble Valley, a lovely location!<br>All the staff at Mortimers are very kind and efficient, but Kyen was outstanding.

Just had a call with a Ben, we put our house on the market in 2021 as I needed a downstairs bedroom. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the right property for us so extended. I needed the square footage for house insurance so called today. Ben was incredibly helpful, remembered me and our family and gave me the square footage in minutes. This saved me hours of hassle and I am extremely grateful. This is a local family owned business that we are so very lucky to have in Clitheroe.

I have been working with Kyen at the Clitheroe branch and have been genuinely impressed by the level of service and support he has provided throughout the entire process.<br><br>He has always been available when needed, proactive in providing updates, and has kept me fully informed at every stage, from the tenant moving in to the completion of the paperwork and all subsequent next steps.<br><br>It's been an absolute pleasure working with Kyen, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly.<br><br>A special mention should also go to Dan and the wider team, who have been exceptional throughout. Their professionalism, communication, and customer service have been second to none.<br><br>I won't be using anyone else.
