We purchased our new home with Mortimers and the staff were very keen to help especially Grace who was very patient helpful and friendly explaining the process.
During the process my impatience grew and it was explained by Grace that it is normal to take many weeks to complete a property sale nowadays.

We were very happy with the service provided by Mortimers to sell our property. Cara was excellent in helping us achieve an asking price offer soon after the house went on the market and Grace provided an equally great service in keeping the whole process on track to completion. As we do not live local, it was reassuring to know that everything was being handled efficiently. We would definitely use Mortimers again in the future.

Thank you to Emily Barrow for all the help she gave us throughout the process of buying our first house. She was very patient with us at all times. She provided full updates for where each house was in the chain every week and if we ever called in she would be extremely helpful. Just a great person to have hold your hand throughout the whole process. We were even given a welcome box on moving day with store discounts & essential items to get us started. Thank you very much to Emily & the team at Mortimers Accrington - They go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. We absolutely love our new home!

We sold and bought our new house through Mortimors at Clitheroe in 25/26 and the whole team were fantastic. As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date. We want to thank you for all you did in helping us find our dream home. We would highly recommend the whole team at Clitheroe to anyone. Ben, Charlotte, Harrison and the rest of the team are all individually a pleasure to deal with, hard working and extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars isn’t really enough ????????????

I would just like to thank Mortimers estate agents for their professional advice and patience on helping me find the perfect property and home I just love my new home ?????? This was the first time I'd used Mortimer's and I'd recommend them to anyone selling a house locally. From first impressions to the completion of the sale they were first class.
