Lydia, Harvey and Sky at move revolution have been fantastic so far.
I interviewed four estate agents and decided to go with MR because they seemed to be more accurate with their valuations based on my research and observations of the local market over a considerable period of time.
Importantly, Lydia’s knowledge of the market, direct communication and honesty confirmed my own research and as such put confidence in my decision to engage MR.
The team were extremely quick and efficient in arranging photos, and getting our property on the market.
Viewing were superbly managed through their app and via direct comms.
Importantly the full time team themselves showed prospective buyers around our property as opposed to the “Saturday” team.
Having ourselves viewed houses with other agents Saturday teams, it became apparent as to how poorly informed or interested they were in the properties we viewed, often with ourselves knowing more about the area, history of the houses etc
Lydia, Harvey and Sky were the complete opposite - interested to in our property, and seemed excited about sharing its details with viewers.
We received 6 offers after 12 days, and were very happy with the offer we accepted feeling it was very fair and reflected the value of our house.
The post acceptance process has so far also been extremely efficient and very well managed, with the team having good links with solicitors they work with, and knowing who the best case handlers are for progressing our sale (and purchase).
We’ve not yet completed, and I leave this review whilst mid process. At the moment I would absolutely recommend Lydia and her team, Harvey and Sky at Move Revolution Nuthill. I’m sure this will be fully reinforced once we have completed.

Fantastic, professional estate agents - as a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive of the whole process due to horror stories, but I am pleased to say I can’t rate Move Revolution more highly.
My first purchase with a separate estate agent fell through, so I was looking for a quick purchase elsewhere. From cradle to grave I was in within 2 months, despite some difficult solicitors, Sue and the team kept me in the loop at all times and were proactive in trying to move things onwards for me. Sue, Harvey and Lydia are extremely caring, kind and overall wonderful and a credit to the company. I would absolutely use Move Revolution again. My only tiny word of advice for improvement would perhaps be a physical welcome pack when moving in, inclusive of documents on how to work the gas, electric, bin days etc but really nothing to quibble about at all.

AVOID- NO RESPECT
Horrendous customer service. Cancelled a booking (via email) 35mins before when I was standing outside the property.
Called on Thur 3rd Nov- booked a viewing for 5.30pm Monday. Website said "Let agreed" on Friday but had no contact so assumed it was a precaution. Still heard nothing so went to viewing. Arrived early to find it (as I wasn't given an adress), then recieved AN EMAIL at 16.55pm stating "property was gone and my viewing CANCELLED".
I had travelled 40mins via 2 buses to get there. Not even the respect to call and apologise for cancelling so short notice.
Hilariously, stated they would look for other property's for me....YEAH RIGHT, AS IF I WOULD TRUST THEM NOW

We went with Move Revolution after we viewed a house that they were advertising. Danielle came across really well and on the viewing and after that we agreed to meet with Dylan to discuss our sale. Dylan and Danielle came across really well so we decided to go with Move Revolution for our sale and we are very happy with the outcome.
It was a bit of a non-standard situation as we were not sure we wanted to sell or rent our place, but Dylan was happy to accommodate our situation and both he and Danielle helped us get an offer we were happy to sell for. After that we worked with Sue who made sure the sale went through without a hitch and was always on hand to answer our questions and chase up our buyers when needed.
Overall we're happy we went with Move Revolution. Everyone was lovely, there were no issue with the whole process and their fees were better than most others out there.

Dylan's initial visit was refreshing and gave me confidence for things to come. Very honest about the lay of the land and best practices for our intro to the market.

Tom Campbell was fantastic as my initial agent who showed me around the property, knowledgeable and friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop when it came to making my offer. At no point was I put under any pressure or sold anything that wasn't true.
Sue Peyton is a force of nature, I would love to handle all of my future purchases. She fought so hard to deliver a quick an efficient exchange. Her phone calls were always so informative and I felt like she really cared about my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. She is utterly brilliant at what she does and her persistence is so key when it comes to property purchases.
As a first time buyer no question was deemed too silly and they both really held my hand throughout the entire process.
I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property and only hope I get to work with them again in the future.

It has to be the best Real-estate agency I have ever dealt with. Lucca was extremely helpful troughout the whole process. As I was renting a flat in Brighton from Madrid, my hometown, I wasn´t able to visit the property. We connected through whatsapp and they gave me a camera tour of the flat.They were honest and transparent at all times, they put me in touch with the landlady, they made all the legal documents easy and fast forward and offered support all the way. The best is, having arrived at the flat today, it is immaculate¡¡ So clean¡

When faced with losing both parents over a nine month period, not only is this a time to grieve but there are important tasks to address too.
One of which was to sell the family home to settle the estate debt.
Where to go or who do we use, I done the normal thing of follow the crowd, had an online estate agency who constantly brag on TV how wonderful they are and the customer is king.
Well this was an eye opener and being sensible I didn't opt for one opinion on the valuation or marketing support, this from the agency was all placed on me, but for extra they would market the property, this was a complete no no, plus the valuation was ridiculously low and when I challenged it, I was mocked.
So I thanked them for the visit , don't call us we'll call you, shut the door and breathed a sigh of relief that I knew my market.
The next appointment was with guy called Dylan from Move Revolution, Dylan arrived on time , was very polite in his approach to the situation of the grieving process we were going through as a family.
Once the introduction was over Dylan and I walked through the property, discussing each of our thoughts as to the property condition and who it might suit.
After a good look around , Dylan politely asked my thoughts on the price we might like to achieve and we both were in agreement that the price I had in mind was more than realistic, he suggested a strategy for marketing and explained how they system worked.
Within 24 hours there were eleven appointments placed and all of the viewings were handled by Move Revolution, afterwards Dylan kindly contacted myself and gave me feedback as to the thoughts of those viewing , no home is going to suit all but to have two offers three days after the house going to market was amazing.
Another challenge we had and Dylan was aware , is the challenge of grant of probate, but again no stress for me , the buyer was informed and was more than happy with the situation , I am sure the sale would have been completed a lot quicker without this process.
Move Revolution kept me up to date with any queries , as did I with the progress of probate application.
A remarkable team in Nutfield, special mentions must go to Dylan, Sue, Danielle and Georgina, all of who were involved at some point, Dylan and Sue being the main contacts.
The house was placed online with Right Move and Zoopla , very well presented text with good photographic images for any buyer to browse through, plus once sold the websites were updated immediately.
I cannot thank Move Revolution Nutfield team enough for the kind, supportive and friendly service they gave me and my siblings, nothing was too much trouble and the communication superb.

Sales team cannot be trusted. Their dishonesty and unscrupulously behaviour influence my decision to withdraw from a sale.
I tried to buy a property they had listed. My offer was accepted, however at the 11th hour, prior to exchange of contracts, my solicitor noticed that the Seller had deceived me with respect to property access and land ownership (a significant deception).
It soon became clear that the estate agent (REDHILL BRANCH) was colluding with the seller to distort the truth and was intentionally miss-selling the property, (an offence under the Estate Agents Act). Even when overwhelming legal evidence was presented to the agent (Adam G) , they persisted with their distortion of the truth.
The dishonestly of the seller and persistent lying from the agent made me reconsider my offer, and I WITHDREW from the sale.
I would not recommend them to sell my home, as they exaggerate and lie about the houses they have sold. In my experience, they clearly did not advise their client on the perils of lying about their property, therefore did the seller a disservice. An honest valuation is key when selling. Their attitude cost the seller time, which if the agent was professional and honest, the home would have been sold at the right price in an acceptable time frame.
I found that throughout the buying process, their agent persistently lied and mislead me and even made bogus claims of other properties he (Adam G) had sold in the local area (a quick search on RightMove unravelled that deceit).
All agents have to be watched carefully, but this is my first experience of dealing with an agent, where lying seamed instinctive and where they actually believe their own lies. The lying only stopped when I insisted all further communication was done in writing.
I eventually withdrew from the sale, and property went on to be sold many avoidable months later, below ask.

Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and threatening to put the property back on the market. This left a really bad taste and it took our solicitor a while to calm us down. This email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very stressful and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.

Managing agents should manage. This team arranged meetings and never arrived at the agreed time forgot and when we had to do the checkout, they forgot. So having taken leave to do it, I found myself waiting all morning. When I needed a photo of the electricity meter after the checkout, the person was in the office but as soon as they heard it was me, they got mysteriously busy so could not take my call, on several occasions. I also had to remind them when my contract was up and ask them which account I must pay the rent to...surely that is the managing agents job!

The estate agent who showed us the property we ended up buying told lies throughout the viewing. He was incredibly pushy to the point where we almost backed out of the sale. If we didn't really like the place we probably would have.
We voiced our concerns about an issue that was brought up in the survey. Initially we got the brush off then they via the seller gave us false reassurances that there was no issue. On completion we found we were correct and we were left with no heating in the middle of winter and a plumber bill to fix it after Christmas. I honestly don't know how some people sleep at night. We certainly wouldn't use them to sell our property and if we had a choice we wouldn't have bought from them either.
Their offices look like they're ready to pack up and run at any point but we didn't see that until we picked up our keys.

I used Move Revolution for my house sale in Reigate in 2013 - their service was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the process, and the final negotiations with our buyer all went smoothly. The photography was very high quality which was important to me as a photographer! They managed all the viewings which meant I didn't have to be present, and they managed to get a large number of viewings in very quickly which resulted in a timely sale. This helped us secure the home we wanted to buy as we were in a strong position to proceed. Any concerns about them not having a high street presence were completely redundant as the high level of customer service and online presence both overcame this. Overall, I highly recommend Move Revolution if you are looking to sell in the Reigate area.
