Do not trust the agent in the Oxford area. We wanted to arrange a viewing for a property that appeared to be available. We urgently need to find a home in the area since we sold our current property. The London office told us the agent would ring us back very soon since we had to make arrangements for a viewing. After a long wait we were told that the property had been sold a while ago. Is the agent too lazy to mark the property as "sold STC" or couldn't they be bothered? It's very frustrating to get people's hopes up for nothing.

My husband and I cannot praise Kikku highly enough. To say that the service provided by him goes above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. We were sceptical at the beginning (due to 2 sales of our old Victorian house falling through) with 2 other agents .He undertook the challenge of selling our house with an extremely pro active attitude. Archie is a real-estate magician for the Putney/Wandsworth area. My wife and I were pressed for time and really needed someone with their eye on the ball and who understood the local market. In less than a couple of months we had a good offer and we completed in a couple months more. He’s kind, polite, efficient and, I think, a Wizard (lol). Don’t buy into the propaganda of real-estate giants. Go for someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing. Go for Archie and Movelli.

Our experience with Moveli has been excellent. We were first time buyers and had been looking for months, so had dealt with many estate agents. From the very beginning, Paul was communicative and accommodating. We are so grateful he was able to arrange the viewings when suited us as it helped us act quickly and secure the property. Paul was not pushy like other estate agents, nor did he feed us information to pressure us into a decision. He gave us space during viewings and was more on hand for questions. Paul was helpful throughout the entire process, doing what he could do to progress the sale and liaising between us and the sellers on non legal matters (that could have take much longer through solicitors!) We appreciated the personal touch of Archie’s approach and service, unlike high street agents where often agent rotates for viewings and liaison. Archie was our single point of contact.

Many, many thanks to Sally at Moveli for all her hard work and efforts in finding a great buyer for our character property that had been struggling to sell previously. Sally provided a very personal approach, assisting with finding a suitable staging company, helping with getting the property ready for sale, and even helping to dispose of some unwanted furniture left at the end. She arranged an open house to gather interest and featured in the property video even showing off her croquet skills! All done wonderfully efficiently, in a friendly but professional manner and with frequent updates. Sally provided a realistic approach to a tough market but was very willing to advise not to take certain offers she felt were not deserving (rather than pushing for the first offers to come through). Throughout the process she managed the buyer expectations and queries and pushed the solicitors to deliver a quick exchange and completion (a month ahead of initial target!). We felt in very safe, knowledgeable and professional hands throughout.

Archie Lloyd enabled us to sell our flat in Putney last month. We first spoke in May 2024 and I was impressed by the fee that Moveli proposed - far less than the other high street agents we had received quotes from. He efficiently prepared an online brochure, we agreed on a sale price and put the flat on the market. Within a matter of days, after a few viewings, we had an offer at the asking price - and then the fun started! We are so pleased we went with Moveli - and so grateful it was Archie who was managing the process on our behalf! A seemingly straightforward, chain free sale dragged out over 6 months with delays, hitches, endless questions from solicitors - all of which stretched our patience to its limit. Archie was unfailingly helpful, honest, positive and extremely responsive. If you’re a home owner and wondering why your property is still on the market it’s because their estate agent team are incredibly unorganised.
I had to call them three times to try get a viewing on a property to buy, with the first two times being told they would call me back but never did.
I arrived early for the viewing and they didn’t even turn up. I called the number on rightmove twice with each time being told they’ll notify their team and yet heard nothing back.
I give up with these estate agent - I would not trust to purchase a property using them.

We expected to have to commission decorators, gardeners, house dressers, house clearers etc, but Archie undertook all the work that was necessary. We originally listed our quite unique property with one of the well known high end national agents in Bath. They did a Foxtons on us, where initially having said it was worth X amount, having failed to secure a buyer then told us the asking price was too high; and then at the point of sacking them produced a flaky buyer who offered significantly less and then withdrew their offer after 24 hours. We had at this point already spoken to Sharon Clesham as she had sold the only close comparable to ours and were impressed by her vim and can-do attitude. We engaged Sharon and although it took a bit of time to find the right buyer, she did and also kept the sale together when said buyer became...let's say...awkward... Sharon kept her cool, we persevered and eventually exchanged the day before my baby was delivered. Considering last year was a difficult market for high end and unique properties, we feel very lucky indeed to have secured the sale enabling our move to the countryside with our new baby daughter. Well done Sharon. Always available and never flustered, two essential ingredients when you're dealing with the sort of ridiculous demands that often come at the higher end of the property market. Tried to use Moveli for the sale of our newbuild flat in east London and we really didn't gel with Chris. Over time, he came across arrogant and schmoosy and was unable to deliver on the timeline and sale price commitments he'd made to us. We ultimately decided to change to another agent (Alex Neil) when he was pushing us to accept an offer that was significantly below what we had told him was affordable for us, viewings had dried up after two-three months on the market, and were generally fed up with chasing him for updates. It felt quite clear that Chris didn't like our flat at all and this perhaps translated to the poor performance if it was also apparent to potential buyers.
Very happy we switched when we did, but wish we hadn't've fallen for the sales pitch and glossy brochures initially.
I'm sure this sales approach works for many, but it didn't work for us and our property at that time.

A few months ago, we had listed our flat and had absolutely zero inquiries or interest. Mortgage rates were (are) skyrocketing and things looked really dire. We had outgrown our one bed flat and I had given up hope that we could sell and move elsewhere. Then my partner found Chris. Chris straight away set to work, creating amazing pictures and drone footage of the flat and using his networks to find the right type of buyers. He immediately understood the main selling points of the flat and knows loads about Help To Buy which we had used to purchase our place. A year ago we attempted to purchase a property listed with Moveli in SW18. Two weeks after our offer was accepted the agent requested an increase as the sellers were apparently stretched on their onwards purchase. We did so contingent on closing by a specific date and requested an answer within 48 hours but the agent failed to notify his clients our offer was time contingent. It also took him three weeks after our initial offer was accepted to finally provide a Memorandum of Sale.
Eventually, the sellers’ inaction killed our chain and the very next day the agent left a voicemail indicating his clients had accepted a higher offer and did not give us the chance to counter -apparently they had used our offer in order to leverage their onwards purchase while giving an initial higher bidder time to get under offer.
We sent a detailed complaint to the founders of the firm but after chasing an answer what we got was a blasé note saying we likely would not have trouble finding another buyer. In a business where trust and reputation are paramount, Moveli does not get our vote of confidence. It is appalling behaviour like this that sadly gives estate agents a bad reputation.
Ironically, the same property was just listed with a different local estate agent, makes us wonder if the people who gazumped us might have had a similar experience.

We had been trying to sell our house in Weybridge for four years. We had gone through every local and national estate agent, who all used the same approach. Value slightly high to get you listed, get no takers in the first month and then push for significant discounts as “the market is a bit slow”.
Not one of them 'sells' houses despite what they say. They simply show houses to anyone who shows even the slightest interest and then hope they’ll buy. We wasted countless days preparing for countless viewings and getting nowhere.
Roberto knocked on our door and asked us to give him a try. He did all his prep work for four weeks then set up a viewing day. Two offers, two other requests for revisits, on the day. An accepted offer the following day, for a very acceptable price.
Roberto sells houses. Other agents just tell buyers about them. He is the best by a country mile, a pleasure to deal with, and with a laser sharp focus on getting the deal over the line. I can’t recommend him enough.

Viewings were infrequent (lack of motivation) and done by junior agents, who had little knowledge of the area, even less knowledge of the flat and limited knowledge of property in general, judging by some of the comments. We gave up and switched to Moveli.......what a difference! James, who knows the area well, asked a lot of questions about the flat itself, then did all the viewings himself. So we had a motivated, knowledgeable, experienced professional leading the viewings, of which there were many. Stop spamming us with unaddressed circulars. Our mailbox explicitly and clearly says not to post unaddressed mail and it is thus a violation of our privacy. Apart from that, your policy of mass leafletting is also a shocking waste of paper which you immediately abandon given current environmental concerns.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Moveli (Paul) in Clapham. Looking for our first house, we had met hundreds of estate agents and he is one of the few really good ones out there. He was friendly, extremely available (convenient for someone who works late hours) and very knowledgeable. He has excellent people's skills, extensive experience of the local market, and has been helpful, efficient, professional and readily available. I really appreciated dealing with one person, who understood my situation, knew my house and related issues, and so was able to show viewers round and answer their queries easily and accurately. I like Moveli's business model - less commission for the seller, but more for the agent. And the proof of the pudding - contracts were exchanged in around three months, amid the Brexit wobbles. I totally agree with another reviewer's comment: ...'half the price and twice as good'.

I once described Paul as the "Yoda" of the estate agency world and I wholly stick by that! He provided us with an exemplary service in every sense;
- Spot on guidance on pricing our property correctly for the market
- Producing a beautiful brochure
- Lining up viewings prior to launch
- Conducting all viewings himself with seemingly no limit on the hours/days of the week worked
- Skillfully negotiating and optimising our position having secured multiple offers
- Delivering exactly what he promised he would, within one week of launch, in a seriously tough market!
It's just an added bonus that Moveli's fees were half that of a high street agency, though I guarantee you'd want Paul on your side regardless. You will not find a more genuine, committed and thoroughly decent agent.

As a buyer of property, I found Paul to be professional, knowledgable, flexible, and responsive - without a doubt, the best estate agent that we have worked with.
The difference is so extreme vs. peers that I may actually pay more to buy a property with Moveli as opposed to other firms! And certainly would check their inventory ahead of others.

Highly recommended. Having listed with Moveli along with another major high street estate agent, a far better outcome was achieved with Moveli. They offer a more personalised service, that is far better suited to today’s buyers/sellers, whilst providing honest advice and feedback which can be increasingly hard to come by with the larger high street estate agents. This all then comes with the added benefit of far more competitive and reasonable fees.

Moveli is certainly the future of estate agents, a hybrid between traditional high street agents with deep expertise in the SW London area mixed with a more client focused business model (much lower fees, 24 hr service, doing viewings any day of the week incl. bank holidays etc.) Very personal approach which is what we liked!

We just sold our property in Clapham through Moveli, and we were delighted how our agent (Paul Clappison) handled the visits and the sale. I work in IT, and I believe Moveli is the future of this industry. Indeed, they don't have "shops" like other high-street agents, which means they can pay their agents more (which means you get the best agents) while charging lower fees. It's a win-win for everyone!
