Kevin and the team. Can not recommend highly enough. Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!

I’m so glad I chose MLM Estate Agents for the sale of my flat. Working with Kevin has been an excellent experience—he was patient, proactive, and always kept me fully informed throughout the process.
What I particularly appreciated was how Kevin worked alongside me in chasing my solicitor, the buyer and the buyer's legal team, to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. When my initial sale fell through and the buyer went silent despite having passed all financial checks, Kevin quickly stepped in with practical advice and helped me explore other options. He guided me through alternative options, including potentially renting out the flat for a year, and even introduced me to a colleague who quickly found a fantastic tenant. It was reassuring to know that if I had gone down the rental route, my property would have been in good hands.

He is non pushy and professional. There was a let down with the sale early on which was upsetting but Kevin helped build up my confidence and pick up the pieces and continue onward. Eventually all went well and as smooth as could be expected. I would definitely recommend MLM.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kevin Murray, the letting agent. I arrived on time for a scheduled viewing, rang the bell for the flat multiple times, and received no response.
I had to email him because he didn’t wait for me outside or try to contact me. He advised me (responded to my email) to press the buzzer for the flat, which I did still no response. I double-checked the address and the door labeled “Saxon House,” and everything was correct.
This was an unprofessional and frustrating encounter. We had spoken over the phone a couple of times before, and he repeatedly forgot to call me back. I had to chase him, and only then did he agree to the viewing. In hindsight, that was already a red flag.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kevin Murray as a letting agent to anyone. The entire situation was poorly handled.

We tend to neglect how stressful, time consuming and risky buying a property can be. And most of the times, things can go wrong. My recent buying experience is a real example of why it is important to have an estate agent who is professional, knows what he's doing and has your best interests at heart.
I was in a chain and George at MLM, was my selling agent. He went over and above to support me during the process. He even offered suggestions when making an offer on the property I was buying. His communication was great, he didn't pressure me into accepting an offer, he got me an above asking price offer and he supported me every step of the way throughout the chain. When we got to the final stages of the purchase/sale and things were a bit difficult, he was able to liaise with both the buyer and seller's side to ensure we got to a positive conclusion. George as my agent, made things less stressful for me and I'm very grateful.
I can attest that George and team are definitely one of the good agents that would work in your best interest and are on hand to help you at every step of the way. Definitely one of the best choices I've made and I'll gladly use them again.

We enquired with Kevin due to such a high number of recommendations on our local Facebook gossip page and it quickly became obvious that he has earned them through hard work and amazing service
Kevin is professional and keen. His attitude is what made us choose him over the competitors, he is always available and offered us a lot of advise, having used other estate agents previously Kevin was leagues above, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin and MLM to anyone
When coming into our home to value, it was clear from the get go that he knew the area and the market, and he gave us a few options for pricing, we went with his recommendation and our home was offer accepted within a short amount of time.
We were able to trust Kevin in our home for the viewings and he made sure everyone removed their shoes and kept our house in a nice clean condition which we greatly appreciated
The biggest thing when selling or buying is that you can contact your estate agent, we didn’t once have an issue where Kevin couldn’t be reached by any parties involved and he always followed up quickly even over text which was amazing as so convenient compared to phone calls which get missed
With MLM Kevin dealt with us through the entire process, nothing got delayed by pushing us over to a ‘progressor’ like other high street names would do, this service is what puts them above their competition and is invaluable when selling your home as your buyer is always speaking to the main guy responsible and therefore usually has the answers to any queries at a moments notice

I appointed MLM to sell my father's flat after he'd passed away. They found a buyer within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the sale dragged on for a number of months but this wasn't their fault. George was fantastic at managing the sale pushing things through when needed. He held the keys so could come and go with the buyer's and also ensure all was well with the flat, letting me know if anything needed repair or maintenance as the sale was going through. They provided an excellent service and delivered on everything they promised when I appointed them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a property to sell. Highly recommended! MLM were amazing from start to finish. Our property was listed online within 24 hours of the photos being taken and viewings were booked in for an open day during the same week. We accepted an offer a few days after the viewings meaning all in all the process only took a week! George helped us sell our flat in Belvedere. From the first meet, we knew that we could trust George to do us right and we were never disappointed. George is very meticulous in his approach and he helped us choose the right buyer for our flat. Kevin took the photos of our flat - and he did a fabulous job as we had a confirmed offer within 10 days of listing!
We had a few incompetent conveyancers looking after our sale and purchase which heavily delayed things, but all throughout, George kept us up to date and helped us chase them on numerous occasions.
MLM is a fairly new company but they are not by any means short on experience. The quality of service goes above and beyond what we tend to expect from estate agents nowadays (and we met a few whist trying to find our new home!).
George, Kevin - I wish you guys all the best and Im sure your company will be super successful in the future - Keep up the exceptional work :)

Although a new company these guys are experienced estate agents who made what could potentially have been a very stressful and emotional time as easy as possible for us all.

Having dealt with several estate agents in the past, with varying degrees of success, dealing with Kevin, at Murray Lee Mckenzie, was a great deal easier than past experiences. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, he listened to our concerns and advised accordingly. Our property sold very quickly, at a good price, and the whole matter was handled with extreme professionalism. Any questions were answered, where possible straight away. They are very approachable and friendly people.

If you’re looking for an estate agent that is honest, reliable, likes to get the job done, and listens to everything you want out of a house… then these are your people. Worth every penny spent with them.
I had Kevin for my purchase and George for my sale, they both did everything they could to make it as smooth as a process can be!
They are trustworthy and a pleasure to have dealt with, they kept you informed through parts of the process and even recommended us removals etc. if your anything like me , doing a sale and purchase for the first time can be daunting but equally not knowing who to use and who to trust. Because I trusted Kevin , his recommendations I then trusted and everyone he did recommend was great!
Everything Kevin said he just done it , there was never any feeling like you were trouble. he wanted to do everything he could, and honestly he did over and above for us. We would not of got our purchase without him.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Kevin has kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even when we thought it was all going to fall through Kevin helped push on all sides. He was always at the end of the phone any time of the day with any queries.

I first met Kevin Murray and George Lee when selling a property in 2017, They went out of their way to find me a property to buy too when my purchase fell through. I was so impressed with them that when they set up their company this year I didn’t even go out to any other agents and asked them to sell my house, they did so within 2 days of it listed - Kevin is on hand 24/7, literally.
