Spoke to one of the Sanderson team this morning looking for some information. The first impressions of this company are fantastic, polite and extremely professional from the outset.

Lied to us about most things about the house & contract to get us to sign a lease. They will ignore your emails or tell you that they'll take care of things only to never do so. We can't wait for our lease to end so we never have to deal with them again. If you haven't signed with them yet: RUN!

Sandersons stole our holding deposit and left us on moving day with nowhere to live. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very positive experience with Sandersons while I was searching for a property. Reuben was very responsive, got a message from him within an hour of my inquiry. He demonstrated superb communication skills, very professional and indeed, trustworthy individual. The entire process was handled excellently. I would highly recommend Reuben and Sandersons!

I have lived in 6 different houses in the past 4 years because I travel a lot, and Sandersons was by far the WORST experience I have had with an agency. 
As you see on the first picture, there is in a huge whole in our kitchen sealing cause by a pipe breakage. It has been like this for more then 1 month and the Agency has either ignored our emails/calls about it, or they have simply told us that someone was coming to fix it "tomorrow". And it NEVER happened. 
As you see on my second picture, that is the beautiful garden that was supposedly "currently getting renovated". That is what the agent that made me visite the house told me. I have not seen anyone coming to fix the garden, and the agency does not think it is necessary because it is "not yet warm enough to hangout outside". I did not know I needed their permission to go in my own garden.
Furthermore, one of the toilets does not have a lid and is running, there is a leak in the kitchen drain pipe, a radiator is leaking, and a shower does not have enough pressure to use it.
And once again the Agency has been promising to send someone "tomorrow" about all of theses issues for months.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and i wish someone had told me this before I signed my contract with them.

Overall good service. Particularly helpful were Sonja in helping me find a nice flat in Notting Hill arrange the tenancy and Natasha for sorting things out at the end of the tenancy. 
However, I am only giving 2 stars because one of the estate agents was very rude to me when showing the flat to viewers. He showed littlerespect for the fact that I was still living there and working from home whilst he showed a viewer around the flat.

Sandersons have been really good with us. Ledian was very professional with us from the start and was able to help us in our circumanstances. 

Furthermore, just recently our washing machine had failed and had send them an email regarding this. In less than a week we had a new washing machine fully installed. The same happened with our reasonably old fridge as it was leaking and became very rusty and unhealthy. They fixed the matter as soon as we flagged it. 

As tenants, I would highly recommend Sandersons. They have looked after us and are always very professional when dealing with our requests.

I had to trigger the early termination clause, to coincide with a move out date that was two and a half years into a three-year contract (due to emigration to the USA). 

I gave Sandersons ONE YEAR heads up on my general intention to do this, and three months heads up on my precise move out date. Sandersons did not advertise the listing until after I had moved out, and then took one month to inform me that the landlord had decided to undertake renovations to the property. These renovations took almost four months to conclude and for a new tenant to move into the property. Meanwhile I was on the hook for paying the rent in full during this period. 

All of the above is not the main reason for the one star rating however. I give them this rating for being non-responsive about questions regarding the return of my deposit WEEKS after a new tenant had moved in. In the end I contacted the landlord directly, with whom I reached an amicable and fair agreement on the matter. He was as disappointed as I was with Sandersons.

Under no circumstances would I ever lease a property that is managed by this company. I cannot decide which was worse - the severely water damaged flat that I lived in or the incompetent, rude, and dismissive employees that continuously ignored my emails, calls, and request for help over the duration of my lease. After leaving the flat at the end of my lease - the conditions were so poor that the flat was not able to be re-listed and was subsequently determined to be unlivable. Matt, Natasha, and Laura (Sandersons) ignored the water damage for so long despite the daily picture  and video updates that  were sent resulting in over 65% of our living space becoming completely unusable. Had Sandersons addressed the problems - the water damage, mold, and damage to my personal property would have been limited.

Was a pleasure dealing with sandersons from start to finish. Dealt with noel who guided me step by step through the process of letting my property. Was very happy with the tenant and the rent achieved ! Thoroughly recommended

When looking to move across town from South-East to West London we came across a flat Sandersons were letting. Upon viewing we met Ledian who was friendly, patient and most importantly honest. It's not often you get to say that about an estate agent - particularly in London! Since moving into their flat he's continued to be there for anything we need and we're extremely happy to have them managing the property. As a company they are on the ball and any concerns are dealt with quickly and professionally. And if the boss is reading it - give Ledian a pay rise/promotion!

The Sandersons team was recommended to me by a friend who had just used them to help her find a flat. Since Day 1 my experience working with Ledian Kuci and Laura Simmonds has been nothing but stress fee and efficient. The level of detail and service they provide is more comprehensive than that received from larger letting agencies. They are always quick to respond to queries or requests and I have recommended them to a number of my friends. 

I highly recommend Sandersons London if you are looking for a flat in West London! Their service and expertise are bar none!

After looking for a flat for several weeks we came across Sandersons and were introduced to Sonja. She understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us properties that had just gone on the market. Sonja was very flexible and was able to adapt to our shedual and meet on evenings and weekends. She made us feel as we were her priority and that she cared. We could not have been happier with the flat we found and the service we received.

Viewed flats across London and engaged with most estate agents. None came close to the services offered by Sanderson's and by Sonia in particular. Sonia was extremely professional and friendly. You can definitely count on her. She will always put you first.

Avoid the house at 74 St. Helens Gardens. The landlord and the agency are in breach of the repairing obligations. Just one example, the pipes of the boiler in the upper floor has exploded in June and the water was off for a week ! (image attached) Washing machine is leaking and dryer is out of service. This is just a small part of all problems.

Highly recommend Sandersons! Got our dream apartment via this agency. Throughout the process Ledian was super responsive via text, phone and email. Also during our viewing my to-be-housemate actually showed up late but Ledian stayed until he arrived and was super friendly showing us around. Would definitely get in touch with them again if I’d look for a new place in the future (though I hope to stay at the current apartment for a long time!).

I approached Sandersons after facing slight difficulties with other agents in the area. I must admit, I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Sonja, who seemed attentive and understanding of my requirements. I was shown a number of properties that matched my exact criteria within my own time constraints. I worked with Ledian who reached out to me very quickly after an online inquiry. He was able to schedule viewings immediately and suggested other flats suitable to my needs in the area. He was familiar with the quality and price points in my range and he was very responsive to my questions about the landlord and surrounding neighborhood. I have only had a positive experience with Sandersons who were extremely helpful in helping me secure a rental property- they proved to be efficient and professional in their conduct and very helpful, even going above and beyond their role by helping to sort out issues I had with storage of some bulky items. The collaboration of the whole team was second to none and as a result  the contract was drawn up and signed within a few days.  I haven't dealt with an estate agent that is so courteous and having proved themselves to be so, I hope that my property search brings me back to Sandersons in the future.

I use Samderdons for renting my flat. I started with Matt and Sonja but whenever i call anyone of team is very helpful and on the case. It is a very dynamic team, with efficiency as a main target. I use other agents but it appears that Sandersons has always more visit. And what i really appreciate is that they don't play number games and show the flat to anyone or everyone, they really target and match the needs of tenants and landlords.

I came across Sandersons London during my walk through Holland Park Avenue and after a 'meet and greet', I decided to use them for two new properties that I recently acquired in the Bayswater and Kilburn area.  Within two weeks, both properties were let out to two lovely professional couples.  I found the staff to be very friendly and professional, and would definitely use them again for another property I have my eye on.

I have recently bought a property with Sandersons and was extremely happy with the service provided. The difference between this agent and a number in the area I found, is the personal service provided. They take time to get to know you are your requirements, rather than just trying to sell you anything which I’ve experienced in the past. Also, the management of the sale after the agreement was made, was fast and efficient. I worked with Alessandro on my purchase and couldn’t fault him. Would recommend to all. 

I have used Sandersons to let my flat on a number of occasions. In contrast to some of the better-known agents I have worked with previously, Noel and his team have been proactive, helpful, realistic and have continually kept me updated on progress. Critically, they have always tried to understand what type of tenant I was looking for rather than proposing the first applicant who walks into their office. Further to that their administrative team is excellent and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend Sandersons to other owners looking to rent their properties in West London. 


I have a couple of properties being let by Sandersons at the moment and have a had a relationship with the company for several years. They have always been prompt in responding to me (or my family) with any problems or queries that have arisen and handled any situation diligently and attentively. Additionally, they have a great knowledge of Kensington and the surrounding areas and have given me some invaluable advice with regards to property investment. Very thankful and happy customer!
