As a tenant, l am very tired of chasing them to get a problem fixed for 10 months now. After a few one stars l left, now you need hundreds of 5 stars to get back your already bad score here. Good luck.

Unfortunately, I can only say that my experience, with one of the members of staff (VI), was the worst I have ever experienced and really made what should have been an exciting time for us in fact the absolute worst, even advising the seller to pull out and put his home up for rent!
The whole process was extremely upsetting, and so I cannot recommend. I would hate for someone else to have the same experience.
Update in response to their reply:-
You tried to contact me to apologise for your poor service, I wouldn’t take your calls due to the stress you had already caused. The negotiations were on the advice of our solicitor, and no great amounts considering the problems that were reported on by our surveyor. I thought this is what normally happened?? Again I reiterate that you were totally unprofessional at such a stressful time. The seller and ourselves took to communicating between us, and we got on very well. This saved the sale on both our sides.
I really hope if you still work there that more customer service courses have been taken to save the reputation of the company you work for.

Friendly staff, very helpful & always happy to help. Made the sale unbelievable stress free & really pushed the sale through fast, always kept us upto date with weekly emails/calls. Would highly recommend.

Having relocated to the area I couldn’t thank Nichola, Jane and the Team any more for their support, friendly manner and very fast and proactive approach. They made everything seamless and communication was superb. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a rental property. Top class!!

Went to view property to let in Southport . Prior to this no phone contact just emails that lacked any warmth or empathy or even a name to emails very poor customer service.
When arrived was met by guy called Danny who is mentioned in other reviews on here! He seemed disinterested and not very customer focused . I noticed the property was also up for sale as well as to let and asked the fair question , as was interested in the property, would the owner be looking to put it back on market again to sell in 6months , 12 months etc which he paused said good question but take it back and email office which was red flag as he seemed to be dodging question even though had spoken to owner to get code to enter building when I arrived mmm!
I emailed the office the question to which they replied we put call into landlord and as soon as hear back will get back to you ..It two days later not heard the answer and don’t expect too! But was sent an application form and told to fill it in within 24 hours to which I replied I will fill app form once owner responded to my question as be no point if they going to market it for sale in 6months , 12 months to which a no name email reply came back we have 2 applications in and property may not be available !
Property says Let now so lucky escape for me from these bunch of dodgy un professional clowns which mirrors reviews on here.
Thank god they over in Chorley and avoid them at all costs !

Still waiting on a plumber that they were supposed to be sending out last week.. terrible customer service, inform them of issues with the property and nothing happens, they don't care about tenants, don't reply to calls, emails etc. Waste of space. Would be 0 stars if it was an option.

Fantastic Estate Agents. The whole team are extremely professional. Victoria worked tirelessly to ensure that our house sale went smoothly, with excellent service from the valuation through to completion. She took the stress out of the whole process and her calm, efficient and friendly manner was superb at all times. We would definitely recommend Nationwide.

Absolutely amazing service. Couldn’t recommend Vicky and the team more. We had 3 different companies come and view to quote to sell our property and narrowed down to Nationwide and another based on those first impressions. The team at Nationwide showed us how much they wanted to sell our house for us and didn’t disappoint. From accompanied viewings and constant contact, they were easy to deal with and always came back to us promptly. They made selling our house a very smooth process. Consummate professionals and first class service!!

This estate agents appears to think they are gatekeepers in the interest of their clients regarding who can or cannot view houses. They also appear to make subjective assumptions on buyers financial position in order to filter viewings. Much better at Ben Rose who appear not to do this

Great value for money, great customer service, they are always on the other end of the phone for any help you need!
Go quality pictures taken of the house, excellent right up given!
They sold the house within the time scale given!
I would recommend nationwide Chorley all day long!!
