Next2Buy have been great from start to finish on my first time buyer journey. Keeping me updated with properites I'd be interested in and helping me iwht every step during and after offers throughout the buying process. I'm glad the property I ended up buying was through them and they didn't give up on me over the 3 YEARS of me looking.

Next 2 Buy don't appear to answer the phone. I have tried to contact them numerous times in the past to market my properties. I left a message on Monday 19th August, and they never replied. Very disappointing, I would recommend that you consider other agents in the area!
A pathetic response from the owner! You have 11 staff but you don't answer the phone or respond to messages. Instead of offering to help why not just call me back. You have missed out on 3 rental listing and 2 sales. I could not possibly use Next2Buy because, if I cannot contact you how can potential buyers/renters contact you? You must miss so many opportunities not only for yourself but also for the clients who you represent. Rather than leave poor excuses online why not just respond to my telephone message. Your level customer service and care is clearly very limited.

Any questions I had they would answer, they explained everything I didn’t understand, they would always follow things up for me to make sure everything went through as quickly as possible. I'm very impressed with the team who helps sell our property. They were very proffession. Markted the property at a fair price. We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed.
The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale.

Just sold a property through next 2 buy.
Property sold within 24 hours on 1st viewing, found them brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Also purchased a couple of properties with them over the last 10 years and their staff members today are the same ones I’ve dealt with in the past, which to me translates to their also an amazing company to work for!
If your looking at purchasing or selling a property I’d strongly advise to use Lorna, Karen and their team at next 2 buy so you can see what makes them the leading estate agent in their area.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! Used Next2buy to sell my flat, was stuck in a chain for a long time and would have given up many months ago if it was not for the girls and especially Lorna kept chasing and keeping us updated daily of what was going on, even out of hours if they had to! Lorna was doing work my solicitor should have been doing, she and the girls are absolutely amazing! They definitely go above and beyond, explaining things in ‘simple’ terms due to this being my first sale I didn’t really have a clue! I can’t thank the team enough. If I had to move again (hope not!) I will 100% be using Next2buy again

Next2Buy took over selling my flat after a previous agent struggled. It wasn't an easy sale as the flat had been ruined by tenants. Every single member of staff at Next2Buy are AMAZING, you get constant updates, you never need to chase, although I would (poor people) and I would always receive an update. I could not recommend them more enough!enough enough! Thank you!
