The whole team at Your Move Wallsend are true legends. Manager Sarah Nixon leads the team and sets such a good example to her dedicated staff. On each occasion my telephone call enquiries were handled professionally by Sarah Smith and Gail. On visiting the branch I was welcomed by Ashley and Chloe and was made to feel a very valued customer. The overall experience I had made me so grateful indeed.

I can’t rate the team highly enough, fantastic service from start to finish ????????
Ashley showed me around a property I decided not to offer on and was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I then was sent via email another property, which was my perfect house, we moved really quickly and offered which was thankfully accepted. Chloe handled it all brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah N the branch manager handled the sales progression with professionalism and I can say I wouldn’t have secured my completion date if it wasn’t for her.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gail, Sarah, Sarah S, Amy, Ashley and Chloe for all of their hard work. Me and my friend are current renting a property and the process was so easy and extremely quick. We managed to get the keys quickly and were moved in straight away. The communication from the team was incredible and we were always updated with every step of the process. The whole team are very professional, polite and kind so I recommend anyone who wants to buy/rent definitely go with your move.

Nothing was too much trouble… they liaised between both sets of solicitors and kept us up to date throughout - if it wasn’t for them we still may not have completed yet or worse still the sale may have fallen through. The Branch Manager Sahra Nixon (Formally Thomas) went above and beyond to assist me with a less than competent Solicitor and I was the buyer. Sahra worked as hard for me as she did her client's whom she was selling for. I would highly recommend this Branch. Sahras committent, approachable & personal nature is refreshing.
