We were very pleased with the service we received from Nicholls Residential. The team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our home sold with in a week of being on the market, however we were delayed with completing the sale due to waiting on our own property purchase. The Team were in regular contact with our buyers to update them on the situation and provide reassurance. In addition to this, they also chased the real estate in charge of our new property purchase. What a team! Simon, Alan, John & Ian (and I’m sure some peeps behind the scenes!) negotiated dogs, puppies, cats and us!! No mean feat ????. We have used Nicholls for both buying, selling and renting out our property. They went above and beyond to assist us with the sale of our rented property especially when we were having issues with the tenants and notice periods. Even though they weren’t managing the tenancy for us, as we were a distance away they helped with liaising with the tenants through this unfortunate and stressful process.
