I have dealt with Max for probably 20 years. They are well connected and great people. They are let down by their appalling online presence - their web site is simply not for for purpose. This aside they had many many viewings of the house. They have let it for many years and in the end it was my decision to relet as opposed to selling. ... Read more

Absolutely superb. I had to sell a property as executor of a friend's estate and Richard Allum came recommended by both personal and professional contacts. He has been pro-active throughout the process from initial assessment, marketing proposals, viewings, negotiating the sale and then the legal process. This is where he truly earned his fee and justified all the good things I'd been told. Richard acted as co-ordinator between all the solicitors and interested parties. He communicated factually, listened to problems, suggested solutions, and was arguably the most important cog in the entire machine.... Read more

Really bad experince ....we are renting property from 3 years. unprofessional people specially MATHEW and David. Mathew abused and shouted at me for no reason. They dont do proper work just cashing money in sitting at the office abusing their clients When we have issue they dont respond to it no matter how urgent it is. very very dissapointed with these childish unprofessional people. The owner of the company knows about his staffs behaviour and does not seem to care. NEVER EVER rent with these unprofessional gready money making machines. Always rent if you have direct contact with the Landlord. These people never let us contact the landlady directly. I have never seen anyone behave like this in a Business.... Read more
