Do not rent off these as never get any where with the rent off them 5 years had loads issues with company never pomise to change anything after fire happen loads pictures to prove thus not on at all hold back the rent to see if fix things in properly never did ended going court and story goes on

We were most impressed with the service offered by Norman F Brown when we asked them to help us let out our property.
I could not imagine renting out our property without their guidance as to the current laws which a landlord needs to comply with. They change regularly and their clear guidance was invaluable.
The response time to any queries (and we had many!) was incredible, often measured in minutes.
Highly recommended!

The team at Norman F Brown relet our flat in a matter of days and then helped us with a range of work to get it ready for the new tenants. They answered all our emails quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ve used several letting agents over the years and this has been our best experience to date. Great team to work with!

I can't recommend Norman F. Brown Estate Agents highly enough.
I was looking for a rental property for about 5 months and it's only because of James that I was able to secure my lovely fully refurbished flat that he alerted me to.
Richmond is such a popular town, there is huge demand for rental property. I'm very grateful to James, I was the very first person to see the flat thanks to him.
I must also say a massive thank you to Belinda in the office. She helped me so much through the whole process. She patiently answered every single one of my many questions. No stone was left unturned, she was able to tick off every box on my long list. Immaculate attention to detail.
The level of service I've experienced has been nothing short of outstanding.

They have managed the property on my behalf and are very prompt with any requests for tradesmen or questions I may have
Statements are on time every month and full breakdown and invoices of any costs incurred
