How pleasant to find a really professional and honest estate agents. Michael and Hansha were truly brilliant when we rented through them. Our experience with North West 6 has been amazing. We have had a few minor teething issues with our rental however Hansha has always sorted these very efficiently and communicated quickly with the landlord, sorting our concerns out in a timely manner and to a superb standard. Paul and WPS were fantastic from start to finish. I am an overseas landlord and Paul has managed tenant selection, vetting and rental of our property superbly. The accounting team at WPS have also provided excellent advice to help ensure tax requirements are met.
It is not often that you can say that an Estate Agent was true to their word, but that was certainly the case with Paul. He kept us informed and gave first class advice, always responsive and was straightforward from day one.

Wrong information given, lack of integrity, ambiguous language, unresponded correspondance from Mr. Paul Priestly in lettings. After agreeing on dates and price per week, I spoke to the landlord who wanted to personally meet the tenants and while talking to him, we realised that the dates for the beginning of the tenancy were given wrongly to the both of us. Very unhappy. This caused us a big lost of time where looking for a new flat. We ended up not closing the deal and it cost us two emails and three phone calls to sort the refund of the already pre-paid deposit. Once we confirmed we didn't want to go for it due to all the above, our correspondance was completely ignored. Only when the complaint was escalated, after two emails and three phone calls, Mr. Michael Betteridge confirmed the refund of our deposit. Stay away! At least when it comes to lettings.

Michael at WPS sold my flat in just a few weeks where other bigger agencies tried for months to no avail. Michael managed to secure 3 offers and got over the asking price . Unlike the bigger agencies, WPS know their area extremely well and the property so they know exactly who their target audience is which makes all the difference!
Michael was always polite and straight talking. He only brought people for viewings that were serious about buying and suited to my property so no time wasting.
I'd highly recommend WPS , they may be small but their valuation was realistic and their extensive knowledge of the market and area was extremely useful.

I rang to check that a property was still available at 9AM, went to a viewing at 12 noon and was told the house had been let when the office opened at 8AM. I was not notified until I was met outside the property. I was then shown around some of the worst properties I have ever seen for ridiculous sums of money. The agent knew I had made a long (2 hour+) journey so figured that I would want to rent anything. Shameful, avoid these guys, they use all the horrible estate agent tricks in the book.
