From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

Their outstanding knowledge of property in general and the local market in particular, meant that they provided us with superb professional advice as well as being incredibly kind and caring throughout. We shall always be very grateful to them for all their hard work and efforts and cannot recommend them more highly.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants. We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties. I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

From start to finish, he was honest, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, but Scott made everything much smoother and easier to manage. His communication was excellent, and we always felt well informed and supported. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. It ended up being a longer sale than we had anticipated, but it felt like half the office chipped in at various points in the process to help deal with unexpected obstacles! Miles Roberts managed our sale in the end and was outstanding throughout. He was always proactive, quick to communicate, honest, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping us get over the finish line. Having someone so reliable and calm navigating the madness with us made a huge difference. We honestly don’t think we would have got through it without his support and persistence. Highly recommend.

1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold a flat in South Hampstead, which I jointly owned with my wife, through Rose & Co Estates. We live in Singapore and on our visit to London in September last year, it was important for us to have a real estate agent who specialised in properties in that area. Initially we looking at both options i.e. to sell as well as rent, so we were in contact with Jeremy Curtis for sales and James Rockman for rentals, who were both very helpful in guiding us through the two options and the key considerations to bear in mind. We were also helped by Darren Rose who provided us with additional guidance and help. We eventually decide to sell so Jeremy was our principal contact through the sale process. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to get us an acceptable offer within a month of us engaging his services. Jeremy kept us regularly updated and guided during the longish process leading to completion of the sale including at times when there were procedural delays. This constant communication was important to us as we live in Singapore. We would like to compliment Jeremy for his courtesy, patience, professionalism and promptness of service. We would also like to thank James and Darren for their guidance and service. Overall, it was a very positive experience dealing with the team at Rose & Co Estates.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

James helped sell my mum's property in 2022 and Huw (& Max) have now helped me as a property owner renting her flat for the 1st time. They were kind, friendly, diligent, well informed, responsive and especially patient with me in this process and I could not be happier with my tenant. I feel like they really listened to my specific needs. Would highly recommend.

They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
