From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

He was very accommodating, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right place. Highly recommended.

7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

He was super professional, efficient, proactive, ever cheerful, positive and friendly. He found tenants for the flat very quickly at a good rental value and he was always quick to respond to my email, calls and queries. He made the process completely stress-free for me as a Landlord and I would definitely recommend Nye and KFH for Lettings. Thanks so much Nye!

However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team.
