Oakleys Commercial's Ben provided me with an excellent new tenant on a 10 year lease who wanted to move in before the outgoing lot had even departed! With virtually no relief on business rates as one of Labours last business friendly acts ha ha before they left office this was excellent service going above and beyond...etc. Hence 5 stars.
