He has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the process and was able to move things on and get to the heart of matters quickly and efficiently and maintained a positive and highly professional attitude throughout. The Auction process was new to me and Simon made navigating it straightforward and effective. Nothing was too much trouble and calls and queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. I would like to thank Wilma Lang and Diego Patti for their incredible work, ensuring that my ceiling was fixed and my living room repainted after a leak from the water tanks. It has been very stressful, worrying about when it would get done. But they were so helpful, kept in touch all the time, and made sure it was done as soon as possible. Also taking into account the time I would need to clear the room, as a single parent of a child with lots of toys!
Cannot thank you enough, they deserve immense praise for their patience and kindness. I am attaching a photo of my lovely blue room xx

I have been renting the same property with PS&B from 8 years, and they are always been super professional and very good in sorting things out! But I must say that in the last couple years since Liam Percival???? started to work with them, they definitely improved the quality in the property management! Highly recommend!! We have found PS&B to be a great estate agents to deal with. We would specifically like to mention Liam, who is and has been an amazing point of contact for us when it comes to sorting any problems or issues we have, with our rented accommodation. He is super friendly, professional and incredibly efficient when it comes to organising trades people to get things sorted and will always gets back to us immediately with answers to any questions or queries we may have, no matter how big or small.
