Myself and my partner have recently moved to Brighton and used PS&B as the letting agents, and we wanted to share our experience with them. In the run up to moving into our place, we were in contact with one of the negotiators, Ellie who did a really good job and was a great help in answering all of our questions and queries, all the way through until the move in day. One of the administrators, Symphone also did a great job with all of the paperwork, making it straightforward for all parties involved. We have now been living in our place for around 3 weeks, and have been really impressed with our property manager, Liam who has been very prompt and proactive in sorting things out in the property, which we are grateful for.
