Because we couldn’t travel down for every minor detail we needed an estate agent we could implicitly trust.<br>Graham Farthing at Austin Gray was nothing short of amazing!! He was incredibly responsive 24/7 transparent and proactive. Finally an estate agent that actually listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Graham handled everything on the ground here in Brighton saving us countless stressful trips! Austin Grays knowledge of Brighton is second to none and Graham completely supported us from start to finish, always accommodating with our travel schedules for viewings and crucially kept in the loop at all times. 6th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

3rd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We used Knight & Knoxley for the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

It was especially Coco who we were in regular contact with for more than a year. Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.
