Lewis pursued us, as Landlords, for years and every time we had to tell him that we had long-standing tenants and couldn't help him. He was always very polite, asking if he could contact us again in the next 6-12 months. When Covid-19 hit, we suddenly found ourselves with a vacancy, the country in lockdown and the prospect of a long void period. Right on cue, a call from Lewis and we decided to give him a go in these strange times rather then use our usual agents (who we were already happy with). His expert team quickly put a great video together for virtual viewing and the flat was taken within days of the video going live. His communication has been top-notch all along the process. You know what you get with Lewis and I welcome his no-nonsense approach. Would definitely use again and recommend.

It was a pleasure renting an apartment in London via Onslows. The agency was very professional and well-organized from the initial viewing, through the process of getting all necessary documents ready, to the last day when I received my keys. All employees are efficient, responsive, helpful and friendly. I would rent with Onslows again, and choose them over some of the large and more known but definitely less efficient and professional, real estate companies in London.

Super customer service, fantastic flat. We were so happy to find Lotti and Lewis and Onslows, after months of flat searching and being let down by larger estate agents we approached Onslows for information regarding a property they listed. They came back to us promptly with answers to all of our questions and had actually checked directly with the landlord! (Rather than other companies that seem to tell you anything just to get your deposit!) Signing was easy and fees were competitive and well deserved. We have renewed with them again, can’t recommend them enough!

This is a fabulous and attentive agency. They have always been quick to respond to call out requests, they are friendly, flexible and very practical. They have a great personal touch as this is a small agency run by a couple who show enormous commitment to what they do and a very detailed knowledge of the area. Absolutely horrible agents. Had my flat rented through other agents and never had a problem. Their tenant trashed my flat completely. They thanked her for being a good tenant - of course - because they just charged 8% on extension every time!!! They do not care about clients at all. Only about their high fees and take advantage of busy landlords. AVOID.
