Rahul was always contactable, if I had any queries he would chase them with the relevant party and get me an answer often on the same day.
Rahul remained professional throughout even though we had many stumbling blocks along the way.

I don't usually write reviews however, this time I thought i'd make the exception as the service my husband and I received was amazing. Rahul was reliable freindly and helpful throughout our whole house buying process. We were first time buyers and were confused on a lot of things. We had been looking for the perfect home for a while, and with multiple people competing for one property we never thought we had chance ! After we met Rahul everything changed. He set us up with a reliable and fast mortgage broker and lawyer. He managed everything and was always on hand if we ever needed him. I would like to say a massive thank-you to Rahul at Open House for selling our house. The service provided was outstanding. A few key points to mention that made it a pleasure to do business with: He was realistic but encouraging with pricing it the right value, he got the house on the market very quickly. The advertisement was accurate and complimentary. The viewings came thick and fast. The buyer was vetted well on our behalf which made for a promising attempt at getting a sale completed. The communication was always honest from Rahul and the speed at which he would reply to my enquiries was more than ample. The service was personal (unlike some estate agents where you speak to someone different every time you ring!) The willingness shown by Rahul meant that anything that seemed to nearly slow down during the conveyencing process was automatically speeded up and put back in the right direction. Last but not least Rahul himself is a very nice person in general which having dealt with other estate agents in the past, that in itself was a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Well what can I say, if you want your house sold don’t bother going to any other agent but Open House! I received an excellent and a very professional service. Rahul is experienced and knowledgeable for Birstall and not your bog standard estate agent who gives only 9-5 pm service that many of today’s estate agents give. Rahul answered all my queries within 24 hours and that’s what I call a 5* service.

I have had a lot of contact in the last 18 month or so with Open House.
I've used them for both renting and selling.
The experience was new to me and not, necessarily, of my choice. Open House made this very straightforward.
Rahul has dealt with all matters in a both professional and friendly manner. He has made the whole complex procedure very smooth and was able to translate the legal issues into easy decision making for me. A yes or no would usually suffice.
Rahul found me both an excellent tennent and then buyer for my property. Rahul has also always been on hand to deal with questions and any issues. He has even done this out of hours when needed.
In summary, Rahul through Open House gave me a tailored service that was dealt with all my issues and inexperience.
All costs were agreed in advance with no changes, additions or shocks at the end.
I would have no reservations in recommending Open House and in particular Rahul for a very professional, personal and great value service.

Rahul developed an excellent rapport from the start which enabled a two way discussion about pricing and marketing strategies. Once instructed he executed what was promised to a very high standard providing professional photos, layouts and descriptions which combined with assisted viewings helped achieve a sale in excess of the asking price to a first time buyer. At this point I was delighted with Open House putting me in a strong negotiating position for my purchase.
What I did not realise was the effort and experience required to hold a chain together and Rahul excelled in this respect. If you’re reading this, you should plan for the worst and hope for the best then ask yourself, who you would want in your corner if things start going wrong?
I would recommend anyone in the Charnwood area thinking about selling up to give Open House a chance.

Whilst helping me to buy a house in Leicester and then rent it out he showed an incredible attention to detail. He patiently explained all the steps, returned calls immediately and put me in touch with a trusted financial advisor, solicitor and surveyor.
Even after the whole process was finished - when he could easily have put me at the bottom of the queue - he was phoning me to see if I was happy with everything and whether there was anything he could do. I had been dreading all the work involved with the puchase (it's famously a very stressful thing of course ), but Rahul was there at every step.

Having spoken to several Estate Agents, I found Rahul's assessment of the property market a realistic and accurate reflection which resulted in the successful sales of my property in an competitive area.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the work that you have done in selling our house.
Right from the initial visit you were very professional, honest and upfront about the process offering some great tips and advice and making us feel at ease. You explained your unique system of vetting prospective viewers before you booked them in, to ensure only those who were in a suitable position got to view the house.
You offered us several different packages and left us with the information to allow us to discuss which was the most suitable for us. We chose to pay slightly more to have you do the viewings as we felt you would be best placed to sell the house for us. We were not to be disappointed.
Within 3 days there were plenty of suitable people queuing up. We arranged for you to do a block of viewings on a Sunday to fit around our work schedule. This wouldn't have been possible with many other agents. Sure enough, you worked your magic and the house sold at the asking price 3 times over on the first block of 4 viewings. We couldn't have asked for more.
Issues with the property we were purchasing meant that the initial sale on our house fell through because the process was becoming quite protracted. However you wasted no time at all and arranged several viewings the following day. Once again, the house sold immediately and again for the full asking price and this time the sale went through successfully.
Your communication with us and our buyers throughout the process made the experience as seamless and stress free as possible. You were always at the end of a phone if we needed to ask any questions or advice. Your service was definitely above and beyond what we expected. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to other people looking to sell a property.
