Stevens successfully completed a POA sale for my family on my Mother's bungalow. They sold the property within 3 weeks at the full asking price which we were not expecting. They kept me up to date at all times throughout the sales process & even chased things that, in my opinion, my Solicitor should of been doing. All in all a very professional service at a difficult time for our family.

The whole team at Stevens were great from the initial phone call to request a valuation to handing over the keys. Good knowledge of the current local housing market was very evident. Despite being a probate sale for a house that was sadly neglected and in need of extensive renovation there was no hesitation in taking it on with good grace and a sense of optimism!
Emails and phone calls kept me informed throughout the process. My wishes were accepted and acted on with understanding and everything was done to keep things moving along in conjunction with a very good conveyancing solicitor.
