23/10/24 Update: had contact from agency and work is finally done. Lady was very polite and apologetic over the phone and the issue is resolved. Quite frankly, NO NEED FOR THE ATTITUDE. Not even my agency, is my father's. Trying to get hold of these people is impossible. Not being able to just drive to tonypandy I have to rely on telephone contact. Left them numerous messages to call me back. Its regarding repairs and by the looks of things, this seems to be their motto.. Ignore and ignore you, hope the problem will go away. My dad is ill and I'm trying to sort this out for him. Really shoddy service and they had to cheek to raise the rent by £100 pm. Hopefully my negative review will get their attention and provoke a response (as all the others have!)... Read more

Phillips have been our agents for many years . We have bought houses through them , rented said houses. Personally I have found the staff and Jason very approachable and efficient. As far as Im aware our tenants are happy , our tenants have our contact details and have been encouraged to contact me direct if they have any problems with our builder or anythingelse ....
