Terrible staff very ignorant to the customer but that said the head guy was very helpful but he needs to sort out his team invest in new staff they was trying to belittle me in the shop because i was disabled very sad taking away my self esteem instantly plus my confidence in myself has dropped rapidly thank you..

Phillips have been our agents for many years . We have bought houses through them , rented said houses. Personally I have found the staff and Jason very approachable and efficient. As far as Im aware our tenants are happy , our tenants have our contact details and have been encouraged to contact me direct if they have any problems with our builder or anythingelse .
