They valued our property within a price band that other agents had also suggested. After 4 weeks on the market they insisted that we immediately drop the price by 10%. This scuppered our plans to relocate to a similar quality house and will mean reducing our standard of accommodation. All this has left our life in limbo and wasted 12 months of our lives. Booked viewings were cancelled at the last minute

Cannot recommend Hannah highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish on our purchase and sale. Hannah has really gone above and beyond with this and really dealt with some difficult situations very professionally and efficiently. Hannah always kept us up to speed with what was going on and did more than we could ever ask to help. The glue that kept everything together. Anyone selling a house should speak to Hannah and know that you couldn’t be in better or safer hands. She has great contacts and really knows how to get things done swiftly, efficiently and we enjoyed working with her. Would highly highly recommend.

Right from the outset of selling Mums house, I knew we would need to find someone to handle the sale of her property with dignity, professionalism, and expertise of selling in the local area. I knew I had found all those qualities when I met Hannah and Jamie. From day one, they were both helpful, kind, and aware of the sensitivities when it came to selling a much loved family home. Hannah was available whenever I had a question, and would often answer a question 'out of hours' which helped put my mind at ease immediately when I had a query. Sometimes, Hannah would just email me to see how things were, not because of anything in particular, just to reach out to see how I was. She showed compassion and kindness throughout the process, and I am so grateful to her for that. The sale is due to 'complete' next week, and I wish to thank Hannah and her team for all their support during the house sale. Hannah, a special thank you for being there along side me, at one of the most stressful times, and for being so good at what you do!! ????

I bought a house through Osprey earlier this year and was so impressed by how Hannah handled the process - she continually kept me informed and made sure things moved along. If she hadn't been chasing things up with conveyancers and other estate agents the exchange would have been delayed by weeks.
So when it came to selling my old house, I didn't even consider using a different estate agent and again the whole team at Osprey excelled themselves. Even though I had already chosen Osprey, I had a few valauations just to check the price - Jamie was the only person who offered me genuine advice and didn't just seem to be giving me sales talk. The property was then marketed very well and immediately had several viewings and offers at the price I wanted.
But again, I came to realise that it's not just getting an offer but making sure it actually goes through. I was in a large chain and am convinced that the whole thing would've fallen through if it hadn't been for Hannah and the excellent conveyancer she recommended. Other estate agents and conveyancers weren't doing what they were meant to and it took them to step in and literally do others' work for them to get it across the line. Having seen how important the choice of estate agent is to getting things to completion, I would never consider selling with anyone other than Hannah. Five stars really aren't enough!

We first met Hannah in April when we decided to sell our home. Immediately we felt comfortable with her and confident in her knowledge and experience, so decided to sell with Osprey. Hannah made sure we were updated regularly, and when we unfortunately hit a bump in the road she was kind, empathetic and ensured she was available if we had any questions. Our experience selling has been bumpy to say the least, but Hannah has been so professional throughout and worked SO hard to get our sale done; even with a few laughs along the way! We can’t thank you enough Hannah!

Hannah especially has been incredible from start to finish with our sale. I couldn't fault her in anyway, she is professional, helpful and friendly, yet straight to the point and prompt!
I wouldn't hesitate to use Osprey for sale or purchase in the future as I know I'd be in safe hands.
Selling houses is a stressful time for all, yet with the constant communication and the way Hannah went above and beyond to assist, I can genuinely say my experience was very pleasant.
