The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb.
They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

From the very beginning of trying to find a house to rent, a very helpful, polite and very understanding gentleman called James from Osprey, Oundle found a beautiful house, showed my husband and myself round, gave us plenty of time to look and ask questions. Took us through each step to now become tenants of this property. We couldn't thank him and his colleagues enough.

We viewed several rental properties in Oundle and one in Kings Cliffe, and throughout the process James was professional, friendly and patient with all my questions. As someone moving from abroad, the renting process in the UK can feel stressful, but everything was explained clearly and communication was quick and helpful. Since moving in the team have been responsive and easy to deal with. We had a small issue with one of the keys shortly after moving in and they dealt with it quickly without fuss.
