Our experience of selling through Osprey was hugely positive from the beginning to the end of the process. Angela was excellent: calm; communicative and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and although she was on leave during the period in which two offers were made on our property, she made herself available to liaise between us and the prospective buyers. I can’t recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough and would definitely use Osprey again if the opportunity arose.

Thank you to Ange and her team for a superb service. She was hugely enthusiastic, but refreshingly ealistic and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. The brochure was beautifully presented and completed overnight without the unnecessary use of flowery estate agent speak we saw elsewhere.
Ange took time to understand every part of our property and by doing so found us the perfect buyers.
We couldn't have asked for more.

We were extremely happy with the way Angela Young managed the sale of our house. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for her, including dealing with offers whilst she was on leave. She kept us thoroughly updated with progress throughout, and this made the whole experience as stress free as it was possible for it to be. The Osprey Team have been looking after my letting property for 8yrs, and throughout that time, including the recent tenancy transfer, they have shown utmost professionalism and efficiency to both myself and my tenants. The service they give certainly cannot be beaten. The team at all times give me good advice and respond quickly to any question / issues I may have. I would recommend them to any other landlord. 5 Star

They valued our property within a price band that other agents had also suggested. After 4 weeks on the market they insisted that we immediately drop the price by 10%. This scuppered our plans to relocate to a similar quality house and will mean reducing our standard of accommodation. All this has left our life in limbo and wasted 12 months of our lives. Booked viewings were cancelled at the last minute
