We have bought and sold through Pacitti Jones Burnside and was extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with throughout the whole experience. From the initial meeting with Paul who impressed with his knowledge of the local area and the housing market, to Salem who took fantastic photos of our property and Megan who has been an absolute star throughout the whole process I cannot fault them at all. Our first sale fell through as a result of a really long property chain so we didn’t want that second time around. Never felt any pressure from Megan to sell our house quickly. She supported us throughout and was very much in our corner the whole time. We used Pacitti Jones for conveyancing as well, for buying and selling. James and Ifet from the Shawlands office were our solicitors for that aspect and again was very impressed with both of them. Very thorough and kept us informed of everything. We also used Dougal to arrange our mortgage and with the current climate with interest rates and criteria changing constantly as well as our own personal circumstances he had his work cut out for him! It wasn’t an easy process but he was fantastic throughout and really worked hard for us to get the best deal possible. I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with in Pacitti Jones, many of their staff have worked for the company for years and that definitely helps, they have a detailed knowledge of the local area and house prices. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous and would highly recommend them if you are moving house.... Read more
