We had the house on the market and initially we have a few views, however these dried up pretty quickly. We were advised after around 2 months to drop the price which we did and then we had no viewings. After 3 months the Gillingham office closed down, and we didn't know about it until someone from the Wincanton office phoned to tell us! Great. My partner and I are renting our first property and dealt with a lot of agents and I’ve got to say these guys really stood out! Duncan was very professional on the phone and exceptionally accommodating, making every effort to arrange viewings at a time that suited us. We looked at a few properties, all with Jake, who was really friendly and very knowledgable, as well as understanding of what we were looking for.
