What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

I had valuations from 4 local agents in July 2022. Martin and 1 other agent gave my house the same value, but Parker Stag's package was cheaper than the other agent. I liked Martin's sales pitch, and he assured me that if he didn't hear from me then I would not hear back from Parker Stag. (All of the other agents contacted a few days later and even offered to reduce their fee to get the sale after I had chosen Parker Stag. Really not a nice thing to deal with during the stressful time of selling your house)
I'd had a bad experience with another agent a few months earlier which I had advised all of the other agents about, but Martin was the only one who had been given the message which scored highly with me.
Martin came back a few days after the valuation visit and took some great pictures of my house for Rightmove and Vicky then invited me to the office to select the ones I wanted.
Selling a house was new to me and all of the staff at Parker Stag were really helpful and friendly.
I had quite a few viewings but happily, the first person who viewed the house bought it, but as with all house sales, there was a bit of a challenge, but Vicky and Jenny helped me through this. The sale went ahead and was completed within 9 weeks after the buyer's offer was accepted.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and his team as they were everything you'd want your agent to be.

I spoke to Martin and gave him an idea of what we wanted and what area and he came back straight away with a property he had coming up for sale!

We have been deeply impressed by the letting service offered by Parker Stag. The attentiveness to our needs was excellent and the forward thinking, in regard to the boiler, was a terrific display of customer-focus. Martin and Jennie were warm and welcoming and sorted all our requests out in a timely, proficient and organised manner. The whole process of moving was a delight. We would highly recommend letting with Parker Stag.

Absolutely disgusted with this company, I suffer with server mental health issues and I feel like this was used to take advantage as I was asked for money and led to believe I was accepted for a property, after taking my money they told me I was not accepted, i am now homeless.

If you have a property to sell or rent i would highly recommend Parker Stag. I gave them a property to market for rent and for sale and ended up with offers for both.
The staff were helpful, friendly and achieved the price I wanted.

These guys went above & beyond for me! I was in a flat that was damp, very damp! (not letted out by themselves but another landlord)
Martin went out of his way to get intouch with me after I put a few posts on social media explaining my situation & within the week I viewed two houses with him. Put my application in & got accepted ???? when I went to collect the keys, Jennie, Martins partner in crime was extremely lovely & welcoming! Explained all the paper work to me, had all the checks in the done & both rallyed around to make sure the house was all freshly plastered & painted.
Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly & helpful ???????? thank you to you all ??
