   What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service.    I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do.    Thank you PH Estate Agents for support and professionalism in handling the disastrous situation i find myself in with my previous Estate agent. I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it.
