Very unprofessional.
Arranged a valuation on Friday for the following Monday but nobody turned up. When I rang to ask where the Valuer was I was told they had been double booked so would not be attending.
Young girl I spoke to was lovely and offered another slot on another day which I declined.
10 minutes later I got a call from "Andy", the office manager. Still don't know why he rang, other than to tell me it was my fault because I had missed a call to cancel the valuation on the same day that I had booked it!

They failed to cancel viewings or tell of viewings.Low response. Overall accuracy cost me money. Failed to deliver service they said they would. Lack of internal communication. I was in the business so know what I’m talking about.

Outstanding service. I've requested valuation via one of the major websites selecting all the agents on the list stating specific time for contacting me. Only PH estate agents contacted me within the time specified. The advisor got back to me on time, showed fantastic listening skills, identified exactly what I need in no time and provided with valuation the next day.
