We’ve been very well supported by Bernadette throughout the process of buying our first home. She was always quick to respond to emails and extremely helpful in answering all our questions — we truly appreciated her support.
On the other hand, we had a disappointing experience with another agent who showed us the property. We felt rushed during the viewing, as they kept reminding us of the remaining time and seemed eager for us to leave, which made the experience less comfortable than expected.
