I recently moved my rental property portfolio to Parkers' Rent Collection service, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.<br><br>Mark and Callum have been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, clearly explained the different service options, and made the transition straightforward. Communication has been prompt, and they've ensured everything was completed efficiently.<br><br>I particularly appreciate their willingness to accommodate my requirements and provide a solution that works well for both my existing tenancies and future lettings.<br><br>Based on my experience so far, I would be happy to recommend Mark, Callum, and the Parkers team to other landlords looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

We couldn’t recommend Parker’s highly enough! They truly understood what we were looking for and got us a viewing on a house just before it hit the market because they knew it ticked all our boxes.<br>Charlie was incredible throughout the entire process. Moving home always comes with its stresses, but Charlie’s guidance and support made a world of difference. Thank you so much to Charlie and the team for helping us secure our dream home!

Couldn’t recommend Parker’s more. I used them to sell my property and they were top draw from start to finish. They say moving house is stressful but after a year long transaction I wasn’t expecting it to be that stressful! Massive shout out to Emma who at times genuinely stopped me from walking away! She was great at not only progressing my sale but helping me with my own purchase with a different estate agent which was above and beyond the expectation of her!<br><br>Also want to call out Charlie and his team who were great at handling potential buyers. They kept me informed on viewings but also did a great job keeping my buyer in check during the earlier stages of the transaction as well! Overall it felt like a real partnership throughout and I appreciated the support provided from all members of the team!<br><br>With the amount of time and effort spent on this I genuinely don’t think they made money from the transaction and the service provided never wavered.<br><br>Thanks again all can safely say wouldn’t have moved without you!

The honesty and accurate evaluation of the property was refreshing. All acted in an exceptionally professional manner, keeping us updated at all stages. The open day was an immense success, with 11 interested parties and 3 offers, 2 of which at the asking price. The house was marketed and sold within a week.

From day 1 we had a large number or viewings all communicated promptly with dates and times. Feedback from viewers was always communicated well. Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.
