Thanks to everyone at the Tilehurst Parkers office for all their help and support in selling my Dad’s home. It’s never easy selling a home, more so when you are doing it at a distance and there are several family members involved but Parkers have helped us through every step of the way. They have been thoroughly professional and prompt to respond when we’ve needed it. They have lived up to the sales pitch with effective marketing and on going support, helping us with contractors where needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The house was originally sold to my parents by Parker’s more than 60 years ago. Dad was very pleased that they were still just as reliable. We bought our new house and sold our house through parkers. We sold in a week!! Couldnt have been happier. From valuation, to sale and then to completion, everyone at parkers have been helpful, friendly and approachable. The sale and purchase hasnt been simple, and everyone probably cant wait to see the back of me, but as i said they have all been great. Charlie valued our house, and dealt with the sale and the purchase, talking to our buyers and the sellers of our new house , he dealt with the negotiations on both sides and got us a fair price. Emma the sales progresser has been in contact throughout the sale and purchase to help things run smoothly, and everyone else in the tilehurst office has helped in some kind of way! Thanks to you all! Now we cant wait to start the renovations and next chapter in our new house!

Being a first time buyer can be a daunting experience, but from the first initial viewing with Maddie where she put us at ease and really showed us the potential the properties had to offer. Along with no pressure and really listened to what we was looking for in a property. This really set the tone for an overall positive and stress free experience with Parkers.
Simon has dealt with our families properties for years, and really was insightful in helping us make our decision. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to help, Simon is your guy.
Emma has helped us throughout our whole purchasing journey. The endless emails and calls, nothing is too much for Emma to handle. Thank you Emma for all your patience, and speedy responses. We would not of made such a quick turnaround of offer placed to completion date without you! A real asset to the Team!

Charlie Arrowsmith was especially fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we could complete the sale before Christmas 2023.
