Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended<br><br>I recently sold a property through Parkers Estate Agents in Tilehurst and have been extremely impressed with the service provided from start to finish.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable and efficient, making the entire selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>I would particularly like to mention Maddie, who was absolutely excellent throughout. Her professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail were outstanding, and she was a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>I would also like to give special recognition to Emma for her excellent work progressing the sale through to completion. Her communication, persistence and proactive approach ensured everything kept moving in the right direction. Luke was absolutely fantastic to work with and managed to find us a buyer on the first day. However, We gave up looking after a year, only to suddenly find our dream house and needed to find a buyer super quick. Luke delivered and we had the right offer within the week, which allowed us to make an offer and buy our new home. Would highly recommend Parker’s.

Had a brilliant experience with Parkers Chinnor. From the very first viewing to moving in, Jayson was great at keeping things moving and making sure everybody was in the loop. Interactions felt much more personable than I have experienced with any other estate agent. Would definitely recommend!

As first time landlords this was a whole new and slightly daunting experience for us BUT thanks to Parker’s and Grace in particular it has been easy.<br>Grace walked us through every step of the way telling us what we needed to do without the renovation and the legal stuff.<br>We are looking forward to a long and happy landlord experience with our new tenants and Parker’s going forward.<br>This was all made possible with Parker’s and Grace’s expert help. My partner and I have generally had the best experience with Parker’s Tadley.<br><br>We lived at a rented property for just over 2 and a half years and I can’t thank Julie enough for all the help she has given us over the years. Julie is very quick to respond to emails, she points us in the right direction with advice and she shows she cares.<br>Not only has she been great with emails but she has always been available on the end of the phone if we needed her. When we have had maintenance issues she’s quick to speak to the landlord on our behalf and the issues get resolved quickly. Julie would come round to carry out a routine house visit and from the 1st visit to our last she was always so positive, happy and showed a real interest in our lives. It was honestly nice having her come round.<br><br>Thank you for all your help Julie, we both really appreciate it.

Letting out a property came with many challenges, despite previously let. Callum at Parkers Estate Agents Reading came to the rescue! He explained every aspects to ensure marketability, right rent, what wins & what fails and recent legislation changes. He had put the property on the market with specific details that are important to the prospects, which in turn resulted in confirming a tenant within a week. Subsequently, other staff at Parkers Reading ensured the entire let process was flawless. I would choose Parkers again for sure.
