We used Parkers to sell our flat after initially going with Purple Bricks (big mistake as they were atrocious!) Alex was fantastic throughout the process as was always on hand to answer any questions and give sound advice. If only all estate agents were like this!

I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Fiona from Parkers and I have to say they were amazing. Communication was great, reasonable and very professional.
I was thinking the purchase was going to stress me out but I have to say they made the whole process seamless.

In spite of all the blockers and hickups throughout the 1st home
not-so-easy buying process, my experience with Parkers was very positive. Tiegan assisted me from viewing to settling down in the new property, and her work was outstanding. I was also followed by other great agents that helped me to finalize the exchange of contracts (Damien and Nicole), which made me feel there was always someboy there to help and address my questions. I'd definitely recommend Parkers!

If I could give zero stars I would, Parkers took advantage of my elderly mother (late 80s) with a 2.5% fee (plus VAT) on a two bedroom terraced property. Upon the family expressing concern over the fee, we were advised that is "in line" with other agents - despite several agents advising their fees which ranged from (on average) 1% to 1.5% depending on the property.
Perhaps if Parkers were half decent at progressing the sale and actually truly earning their extortionate commission we would be more inclined to pay for a premium service. Instead my mother was recommended rubbish solicitors too as an added bonus.
Very disappointed. Clearly took advantage of the situation and a vulnerable elderly woman. If your loved ones are looking at selling a property, read the contract on their behalf before you are in too deep! Due to my mother's declining health, we proceeded with the sale of the property to pay for care home costs. If it was a different situation - we would have pulled out and found a decent Estate Agent who would truly earn their commission.
We trust Parkers enjoy the commission from the house sale. If you are charging premium prices - perhaps offer a premium service too.

We worked with Rob when buying our first home. He was communicative, helpful and understood our anxieties as first time buyers. He gave us honest advice when we asked (which was a lot!). He gave us insight about current timetables for property surveys in Reading that helped us avoid paying more money for a ‘quick’ survey. Thank you Rob and the Caversham team!

I highly recommend Rob and his team at Parkers to sell your house. After noticing how quick the team at Parkers sold our neighbours house we decided to get our house valued by them. Rob was really helpful during the valuation process which gave us the comfort we needed to proceed using Parkers. The team are professional, responsive, hardworking and very supportive.
