Top quality Estate Agent. Let me explain why. Some time ago my wife and I decided to sell up and move because our circumstances had radically changed. We went to Paul Carr and advertised with them. Friendly, efficient, straight forward and professional. We quickly sold, but our buyers used one of those online agencies that you pay up front for and then basically do everything yourself. As a result, once they had paid their money, they were left high and dry to vet their own clients, organise their own viewings and chase their own buyers. It was a disaster for them. So bad was their experience, they eventually sacked off their online agents and moved over to Paul Carr and sold their house with Paul Carr instantly. That alone should give you an indication of just how good Paul Carr were and are. The office staff were excellent, the girls, Chris and Jayne, were simply awesome. When we found a house to buy, even the agents of the house we were buying through commented on just how good Paul Carr were and especially Jayne. That should also indicate just how good they are. In addition, this is the 5th time we have moved and this is the best agents we have personally experienced by a long shot. Simply outstanding. So my advice is simple. If you want to save a few pennies and have a nightmare of a selling experience, go elsewhere. But if you want to sell your home and have it handled by professionals, this is the agency for you.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the team at Paul Carr Great Barr. They have been amazing at helping us with the sale of our home. Each team member I have spoken to has been so friendly, helpful with every interaction! We had a long stressful sale process and they made it so much easier keeping us informed every step of the way.
From the beginning they were very proactive in selling our home, organising the viewing and throughout, which made us get some great offers very quickly!
I want to give a big thanks especially to Christy, Tom and Jayne who I have spoken to a lot and have all been brilliant and so friendly!

Cannot fault any part of the process from sales (Maleek) to the after sales (Jayne). They kept in regular contact with me throughout the house purchasing process and updated me on a regular basis.

Don't believe these reviews they get all the bad or low reviews removed by Google saying these are not their customers I put a review about the the mortgage advisors how in favour they work with the client they take bribes they like money under the table lie to home sellers saying this is best offer for example when the person can make more on you avoid this state all staff here are dodgy specially the manager the girl who goes out on viewing and kasim the Asian dodgy mortgage advisor I bet they will try get this review removed
