Not good at all apart from the commission fee. Branch manager failed to perform the relevant financial checks of the buyer they recommended to us, and then hid behind T's and C's before offering a relatively minor discount as a gesture of 'good will'. If it wasn't for the fact I'd waited 5 months to move I'd have put some effort into escalating their complete lack of capability and due dilligence.

I phoned up to inquire about a property and someone called Tracey was extremely rude.
I decided to go elsewhere.
Paul Carr need to get a few mystery customers involved before their reputation is ruined.

We recently sold our property for £120,000 more than Paul Carr's representative suggested as a guide price. That's a lot of money to lose out on! It is better to buy from them than sell via them ... which I did originally! Fast selling is good, but a higher price is better. Be wary of their advice re what your property is worth.
