After a disappointing experience with another estate agent, moving to Paul Carr was the best decision we could have made. They sold our house within a week, and from start to finish the service has been excellent.
The whole team has been friendly, professional and proactive throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense, which made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable.
We always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us move things forward rather than just waiting for us to chase them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Carr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Paul Carr sold our house quickly after moving estate agents. They conducted the viewings and ensured checks were completed promptly. We struggled to find a house to buy after selling our home but Paul Carr arranged for us to view a house which they knew would meet our requirements. All of the staff have been helpful and got back to us promptly. We are hopeful of a smooth transition through to completion now.

I can’t thank the team at Paul Carr Burntwood enough for all of their help and support throughout the process. James, Sophie, Natalie and Sarah were all fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions we had.
Moving house can be stressful, but the whole team kept us updated every step of the way and made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

I recently purchased a house through Paul Carr Estate Agents and had a very positive experience throughout the process.
The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful.
I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

Visited this branch as we’re hoping to relocate to the area this summer and I wanted to see what we could get for our budget. The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.

From the very beginning, Tom was incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property. After countless viewings and a long search, I often felt overwhelmed trying to find somewhere that truly felt like home, but Tom never once made me feel like a burden. He remained positive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process.
What stood out most was how much effort he put into understanding exactly what I was looking for. He consistently kept me informed about new properties coming onto the market and always made time to arrange viewings and answer any questions I had. His priority was never just finding any property — it was finding the right one for me.
