I had a really positive experience selling my Fathers house, thanks to the team at Paul Carr, Great Wyrley. Especially Martin, Julie & Tracey. They were professional but also very down to earth, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.
They were patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, keeping me updated at every stage. I never felt out of the loop, and they were always quick to respond if I had any questions.
Their efficiency really helped things move along smoothly.
What I appreciated most was how personable and helpful the staff were. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for my father, rather than just rushing things through.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

The whole team were fantastic and helped every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Paul Carr in Walmley. Don’t go to the other guys just go straight to Paul Carr.

I agreed a purchase on 5 Whitburn Avenue which was marketed and confirmed in the memorandum of sale as freehold. After instructing solicitors and incurring costs and a level 2 survey, it later emerged during conveyancing that the property was subject to a short lease of around 12 years, fundamentally affecting value and mortgageability.
I withdrew immediately once this came to light. Despite requesting written confirmation that the sale was no longer proceeding, my emails were not responded to.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted legal costs. Buyers should independently verify tenure before proceeding.

Visited this branch as we’re hoping to relocate to the area this summer and I wanted to see what we could get for our budget. The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.
