Never have I ever come across a company as bad as this. I purchased a house and was having difficulty with the vendor during the sale. Despite several emails and calls to the office, the team were no help at all; they did not reply to one single email, never once offered to assist in the matter (which would have been very amicably resolved if they had).
The worst customer service was moving day - it took me over 1 hour to get through on the phone to arrange a time for key collection. When we went to the office to collect keys the lady never even asked for our name - I could have been anyone!! she's never met me before. She didn't even look up from her computer she just held her hand out with a key - no congratulations or hope you enjoy your new house - NOTHING!
I have been in the new house over a month now and am still waiting for the agents to tell me what the house alarm code is......several calls and emails and again NOTHING.

UPDATE: Replying to the lies provided by area manager below:
I have only ever received the memo of sale from Paul Carr Walmey emailed by Bethany. No other emails apart from the progressor at the Streetly branch.
Its correct I did call several times on moving day, BUT only ONCE did I actually get through to anyone at the office and speak to someone. It took over 1 hour to get someone to answer the phone! You can see my phone log of you like that only one call was answered. The solicitor could not get through either to tell you money had transfered and release key. One person in the office, when she did answer she told me how it wasn't her fault the phone had been engaged for 1 hr she was alone which leads to my next point.....
The lady in the office on moving day was ALONE (3 people in my family will vouch at her dire behaviour , that she was not on a call nor midconversation and that there was no one else there) she was not on a call, she was sat at her desk, THE ONLY person in the office. I also have only ever met Ben face to face at the viewings so no one cpuld have vouched for who I was..... thats more lies. Truth is she rudely gave keys to someone she had no idea who they were.
I have spoken and emailed the assistant manager Tom Baker at Walmley by phone twice and discussed the alarm, again happy to share call log. I should not be told about things regarding the house sale fittings via your Google review reply. Once again no one professionally calls or emails back with the information.
You have my number if you really cared and knew your reply was not all lies you would and should call me or once again, are Paul Carr not going to actually respond professionally.
UPDATE: NO CALL FROM THE AREA MANAGER TO FOLLOW UP!

Hilariously Paul Carr, who have never contacted me about this review or my formal letter to their head office, have just called me to do them a favour. You couldn't make this up!... Read more
