I wasted a lot of time in viewing and putting an offer, which was higher than any other offers I was advised by them, for a property located at Stanley street, Walsall.
During my offer I told Kelly from Paul Carr’s auctions team, I have also got cash in hand in case any other financial arrangement method fails.
I had also arranged bridging finance.
On Saturday, I was given all positive feedback and then on Monday, I found out property has been sold to someone with cash offer.
When I asked questions then I was told no it doesn’t matter any more as it has been sold and we have only sold it because it was cash offer.
But did I not say I have also got the cash? Yes I did.
I had already got quote from my builder.
Such a waste of time. Please be mindful when working with people to not waste their time.

It might sound contrived but Paul Carr actually were with me every step of the way in selling my property. It was so pleasing to receive incoming calls instead of my chasing up for progress. A potentially stressful time turned out to be a short pleasant experience. What else could you want.

From start to finish I have received a friendly and professional service 10/10.
Nothing was too much trouble, and staff were more than happy to spend time explaining the process and offering very helpful advice and guidance.
Moving home can be stressful, however Paul Carr have really guided me through this with a great outcome for me as the seller. Thank you again.

I have had several dealings with Paul Carr and each time I find a property I am interested in they are more interested in my finances than arranging a viewingSo l don’t trust this Company They are NOT Professional People. They don’t even respond to my requests ps. (Norton Canes ) after phone call to Paul carr they said sorry it’s under offer. Of course it will be because you never come back to me for a week. ????
