Was told I would get a callback to arrange a viewing on a property I was very interested in, went back to check after over a week of silence to find the appartment as "Let agreed" despite being told no viewings were taking place because the current tenant was being difficult. A family member told me not to use Paul Carr after they mis-sold them an awful botched property that's cost a fortune to put right and I should've listened. Absolute time wasters.

They dont have sellers best interests at heart also they seem to favour buyers who use their mortgage broker even if the offer is lower than other offers. Bad communication bad attitude (Michelle) and pretty sure they choose who they want to purchase a property for their best interests and not the sellers.
Very bad for buyers and and sellers. The property market seriously needs regulating yo put the likes of Paul Carr in their place. Shame you cant do minus 5 stars to be honest.

Put my house on the market with Paul Carr Walmley in July 2019. They massively overpriced the house which obviously meant there wasn’t much interest. Pricing my property at £250k when it was probably worth about £230k! Our first buyer who eventually offered, it seemed like Paul Carr never did correct checks with buyer as I was told they were cash buyers when in fact they were selling a property which they was having problems with - which highlights the fact that no proof of cash was shown to Paul Carr. The buyers were dragging their feet with the sale, trying to knock price to eventually pull out with no good reason. I would like to say that this isn’t every Paul Carr as we have received a good service from the Erdington branch who do the correct checks and price houses at their true value.
