One-star — Unprofessional & disrespectful Booked a viewing for 2:40 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM to find the agent had already left — no call, no message, no apology. Absolutely disrespectful of my time and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat people before they’re even tenants, avoid them. Wouldn’t trust these agents with anything.... Read more

I was with springers for 2 years and I honestly can't say a bad thing about them. They were consistently reliable and always helped to get any issues with the property resolved. We cleaned the property top to bottom and they returned 100% of the deposit. You hear many horror stories about agents and deposits but these guys are as good as you'll get!... Read more

They are very unprofessional and not worth the fee they charge. Paid for them to manage my rental. Didn’t do checks on property as they said they would. Just collected rent and transferred to me. Yet still took the fee. When finding a tenant, they didn’t fully explain the features available or show them how things work or where things are. I would avoid using them at all costs.... Read more

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They originally made me move into a property without any working heating and other major faults. When I reported this to the council they had no choice but to fix the issues and pay me back some of my rent. They also didn't care that I had mould and inadequate heating throughout my 3 years and now want to try and take every penny out of my deposit now that I have moved from their mould infested flat. God help you if you get through to Vanessa, as she has the worst customer services skills I have ever imaged someone to have and she also doesn't know how to do her job properly. Emma also is an inexperienced Manager who doesn't know how to take control over issues and will only say things to fob you off the phone without having the slightest clue of what to actually do to resolve the problem. Completely incompetent. They let a tenant move into my property without signing an AST and without taking a deposit. They now say they have no key to the property, even though Emma was present at the time the locks were changed by a locksmith. We now have to evict the tenant. Don’t go near this agent.... Read more

I had an appointment booked with them to see a viewing. Over the phone I had asked for an email conformation to be sent to my email address but the agent said, its fine, they will see me there and gave me the postcode and time. I arrived at the property at set time but no estate agent showed up nor could I go into the house as the property was empty and locked without residents. I tried calling many times to the centre but nobody picked up. I went home very disappointed. I would advise people to avoid this company. Massive headache.... Read more
