Brought our first house through Springers.
They were very helpful, everything went smoothly, very responsive and professional not like the big "brand" agents whom we have dealt with previously. I can recommend Springers anytime. They have made everything simple and easy for us, no games and politics, straightforward selling and buying.

They are very unprofessional and not worth the fee they charge.
Paid for them to manage my rental. Didn’t do checks on property as they said they would. Just collected rent and transferred to me. Yet still took the fee.
When finding a tenant, they didn’t fully explain the features available or show them how things work or where things are.
I would avoid using them at all costs.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They originally made me move into a property without any working heating and other major faults. When I reported this to the council they had no choice but to fix the issues and pay me back some of my rent. They also didn't care that I had mould and inadequate heating throughout my 3 years and now want to try and take every penny out of my deposit now that I have moved from their mould infested flat. God help you if you get through to Vanessa, as she has the worst customer services skills I have ever imaged someone to have and she also doesn't know how to do her job properly. Emma also is an inexperienced Manager who doesn't know how to take control over issues and will only say things to fob you off the phone without having the slightest clue of what to actually do to resolve the problem. Avoid this company!

I found Springers very professional .Sold my property quickly at the right price with no problems. Emma and her team worked hard and went the extra mile to help push the sale through. I would highly recommend Springers .They are 'ON THE BALL' .
