We are in the process of selling through Barnard Marcus. We expressed that our situation was time sensitive. Barnard Marcus were speedy with getting our property on the market and booking in viewings. Throughout the entire process, their communication has been fantastic. We were extremely happy with the service we received from Barnard Marcus. Having been in touch with several other estate agents over the space of a few weeks, Barnard Marcus were definitely the most engaged and Charlotte in particular was very responsive and helpful. She managed to secure a lease for a property that we really wanted despite a lot of competition and kept us in the loop at all times, as well as helping us with a very tight turn around with references etc.

We're very grateful to the team and would highly recommend to anyone!

We were really pleased with the service we received from Barnard Marcus. They were on hand to answer all our queries and ensure everything ran smoothly.

In particular, Charlotte was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was able to secure us a viewing of the property at very short notice and she took the time to liaise with the previous tenants to answer all our queries about furnishings and specific property details.
