Pedder have been excellent from the beginning to end of the process and exceeded my expectations by doing the following: 1. Told me they could sell my property within a month, they actually achieved an offer at asking price on the property after a week of being on the market. 2. Conveyancing, there were lots of the usual issues to sort out along the way and Callum was proactive in solving them and always available to speak on the phone if needed. 3. We went from offer to completion in 14 weeks. I recently moved to the area and wasn’t sure which estate agents to approach, having had such bad experiences in the past I had to make a judgement call, otherwise I’d have nowhere to live!! I chanced it and walked in on the off chance, and had the pleasure of meeting Craig. First impression was that he knew his stuff. I probed him a little with a few quick fire questions, which he responded correctly and was able to back up the answers. Craig is definitely a professional who clearly likes what he does and takes pride in delivering the right service.
