We viewed a beautiful and unusual home through Pembrokeshire Properties outside of normal working hours which suited our needs. The home owner clearly has a strong emotional attachment to the property she rebuilt many years ago, but was having to sell for personal reasons. I mention all this because Jane Edwards of Pembrokeshire Properties stands head and shoulders above the typical interaction we have experienced with other estate agents in our previous ten house moves. All estate agents should be like Jane, efficient, friendly, respectful, sensitive and courteous. She stands out because she cares, particularly for her client the vendor with whom she had clearly built a strong and trusting rapport. We loved the property but sadly it didn’t quite fit our needs but we got a hug from Jane anyway. Strongly recommended.
