From start to finish, their communication was excellent, with constant updates and they were always easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions. The whole selling process was smooth and well managed, with viewings and negotiations handled professionally, which made everything far less stressful. I really appreciated their advice on pricing, which was clear and helpful from the beginning. Roland, Amy, Claire and especially Tiffany were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Overall, a fantastic service and a very positive experience.

His open and honest approach is refreshing and it's good to meet a mature agent for a change. I will definitely be using FBM when I come to let my property.

17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.

19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)A very good experience. Good communication. Quick turnaround of viewings. Quick sale. We were happy with the price. The only minor issue we had was some of the external photos and a couple of minor errors in the listing but those were resolved quickly.
