On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.

17th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.

She is a true professional who knows her market well and was so helpful when we were searching for a new home recently. Whilst we didn’t buy a property through FBM in the end, I have to say that her experience in the property market, together with her engaging personality, makes her stand out from other estate agents.

13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.
