6th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

28th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)Brett Property were a bit of a mix really. They overvalued the property, but there are a lot of issues in the area related to changes to council tax etc, which have flooded the market. They did a good job with advertising the property, but I note their presence on X (Twitter) has not been updated, so I assume they're only on Instagram, this was despite them saying they had a good social media presence. The video tours were a nice addition and set them apart. The email communication was very prompt and helpful, but I found the format of the emails not very user friendly, everything was an attachment and email said please see attached.

24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Many thanks to John Francis Estate Agents, Sara and Haydn, for helping us sell our house. I was kept up to date with every step. I highly recommend them. Even a few hiccups along the way, Sara especially was at the end of the phone whenever I needed something and always did her best to solve the problem.

In fact I dealt with numerous members of staff at West Wales Properties and everyone was professional and so easy to communicate with. They go the extra mile working hard to match and find the most suitable clients wanting to buy your property, I had so many viewings on my property, I received regular updates also, so I was always aware of what was going on. I have used many estate agents in the past and West Wales are easily the best company I have ever used. I am so happy with the brilliant service and highly recommend them if you want to buy or sell your property. Thankyou everyone at West Wales Properties.

31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
