My girlfriend and I have been viewing properties with a few different estate agents and without a doubt Lauren has been the most impressive. We have viewed 2 separate houses with Lauren and she had excellent knowledge on both and conducted herself in a professional yet very friendly manor which made the experience really pleasant for us. She is a great asset to your team. Big shout out to Lara as well, you have some great really great staff.

The Tenby branch of West Wales Properties have been outstanding from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely use them without hesitation if needed in future.
The customer service we received from the whole team has been top class, with special thanks to Amy at the beginning and throughout the viewings process keeping us up to date with any updates no matter how big or small, and would always reply to us practically any time of day. We really felt that she cared about us and our home.
Next, to Helen who then took over and handled our home once we were under offer. She is absolutely amazing. We would chase and pester her all the time when we really didn’t need to because she was always on the ball and ahead of things. Again we could tell that she really wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us.
We can’t thank you both, and the office enough, and we are so glad it was you that sold our home and not the other agent.

This Estate Agency is absolutely excellent. Helen could not have done more to help with our house purchase. She liaised with the seller and myself countless times resolving problems and even anticipating them, providing the solution before we even realised there could be a problem. The high quality service even extends after the completion of the sale. She is highly professional, cannot do enough for you and always with patience and a good sense of humour which you need to keep hold of when moving home. I would recommend West Wales Properties for buying or selling without reservation.
