Katie & James were extremely helpful in assisting us in finding an apartment in Henley as we were searching from the United States. It was our first time experience trying to rent from another country. Katie's communication was wonderful - she sent video images of properties we were interested in and, because we weren't extremely familiar with the area, she asked a lot of questions to make sure our needs were met and the property was a good match.
