I'm a tenant of 3 years. Everything was good until Leaders took over recently, now they are unresponsive to issues. The responsibility divide is so unclear and I get passed between the two companies.<br><br>Leaders (Peter Ball??) also tried to increase my rent earlier than 12 months since the last increase. Then they tried it a second time 10 months later. So scabby. I dread to think how many other tenants just accept these increases because they don't keep track of when it happens.

Everything was really nice, expect for the fact that we barely got our deposit back. There were already many defects in the flat before we came, and many things have been put on us as a blame. Even leaving the manuals of the flat appliances have been marked as 'tenant's belongings left behind'??????. Also, they did the inspection almost 2 weeks after we moved out, so it is obvious that there would be dust and spider webs as it is an empty flat, but the blame came on us too. Quite funny, but anyways, it is what it is. So, if anyone is renting a property, just keep in mind that how much ever you keep the property as it is, you are sure to not have your deposit back fully, maybe not even half. But their services during our stay was pretty good.

Could not recommend Sam and the team at Peter ball more strongly. We chose Sam because of his obvious passion for connecting buyers and sellers. It worked great for us. Millie and the team came in person to view our property before marketing. Once we got a buyer, Sam found us the perfect bungalow to buy in no time. At no point was this just a transaction - getting the deal was personal. I have dealt with the highly professional team at the Charlton Kings branch of Peter Ball for many years. I sold my property with them when I moved from Cheltenham and more recently I have been searching for a house to move back into Charlton Kings through the same office. They are a delight to deal with, very professional and fair unlike some of their competitors. If you are looking for a first class company to deal with when it comes to selling or buying a property, I would highly recommend this company.
