We have let two houses with Peter Ball lettings, one for 11 years and the other for 7 years and they have provided an excellent service to us over this period. In the last year Tess Ashmeade has been the Property Manager in Cheltenham and has been wonderful. She answers all queries quickly, efficiently and has an excellent nature. She is polite, helpful and liaises with both us and the tenants effectively. It is a delight to deal with her, she is an excellent ambassador for Peter Ball.... Read more

I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I have to say I owe peter and ball and apology. I was unhappy with a situation I found myself in. Lived in brook bank close and had a awful time about our parking space ( kept getting tickets despite the space coming with our flat) I was unhappy about the time it took to get this sorted and the stress it caused. At the time I felt they where very bad at what they do. However compared to the Letting agent I'm with now (Mac Lettings) they where saints. Wish I'd never made such a big deal over something that I could of let go. Unlike my current Letting agent they never entertered my property with out consent and took issues with the property onboard. Sorry peter and ball.... Read more

This branch (Bath Street, Cheltenham) handled my initial enquiry and finalising the sale between purchasers and sellers, co-ordinated with the conveyancing solicitors. Seemed very professional with the initial survey, friendly and very polite. However I don't think they quite appreciated the problem we had with the neighbour who had a historical gripe with the extension my father put up over 35 years ago! They didn't think it would cause any issues initially. However it did, the neighbour erected a sign overlooking the drive denying any access. This worried the potential purchaser. I don't think the agent disclosed this clearly enough when the house was viewed.... Read more
