We’ve just moved in after selling our first home and buying our next project. We used Connells for the entire process, and although a lengthy process, I would 100% recommend and use them again. Harry and Tim were so helpful. They updated us every step of the way and were so down to earth when it came to our questions, and needing everything spelling out to us.
The lengthy process was not on their end, but their determination to push everything through really put us at ease!
We also used Ellen for our mortgage who is available within the branch. She completely understood our needs and wishes and made it happen. Her advice and experience is invaluable, and we will be sure to keep her contact details to hand to recommend to anyone that we can! She really did make this process so much easier for us.

I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed! I used Sam at Connells for my mortgage and it hasn’t been easy, not only due to the COVID situation but prior to that I had been working in a grey area of self employment! Sam has done an absolute fantastic job of constantly keeping me informed of potential offers I could have due to my working situation and then even during the pandemic has managed to swiftly secure me a mortgage and move me into my first home! Her service went above and beyond not only finding my mortgage, which was about 2 years in the making, but also of helping me search for homes once mortgages had been offered and calculated! We purchased our first home through Connells a few months ago. Initially, we were very excited, however we couldn't help but feel slightly deflated by the experience due to the agent. It is clear that communication is not key at Connells and getting hold of individuals is not very easy. We were often told to expect a response (even including our offer responses) later in the day, but this was rarely the case. Our property viewings always felt rushed, and the appointments always seemed to clash with other buyers. Towards the end of our purchase, communication did pick up at Connells and we were given a lot of help and support as they chased the sellers solicitors on our behalf.

I can’t recommend the Wellesbourne team enough. Having dealt with other estate agents in the midlands I can confidently say that Tim is one of the best out there. From start to finish the team were open and honest, easing what was (in my case) a long and tedious process with the solicitor.

We have always used online agents to sell houses but when our mum died, my sisters and I asked 5 agents to quote for selling the house.
The two online agents just didn't give us any confidence, and the other 3 were High Street shops.
From the initial meeting with Tim at Connells,
Stratford upon Avon and latterly with Amy (the boss) Matt, Adam and Leigh, they gave what we can only describe as exceptional customer service. They kept us informed every step of the way and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
So forget Yopa (who booked an appointment and didn't show). Forget Andrew Grant, who did the same. Use Connells Stratford upon Avon for a first class service.

Staff were always approachable and happy to help with any issues that arose whilst the sale was progressing. So unimpressed with the service given. We were using the mortgage service, not buying or selling through them. Wrongly advised causing months of delays and many hours wasted!
We then went to see an independent adviser and within a couple of weeks it was all sorted! We are now in the home Connells said we couldn't have a mortgage for.
The only positive I can say is that after many weeks of being stung along and many months of holding onto our payment for the service, they have now refunded us, with a small amount of compensation. This figure doesn't meet the hours and hours wasted!
My advise, go see an independent. They want your business and so will do everything they can to help!

Our smartest move this year was to register with the team that goes the extra mile, Connells in Wellesbourne. Jade immediately grasped our requirements – every property we viewed was relevant and we found the perfect place. Rebecca is a mine of information and kept in touch throughout the purchase; in fact the whole team was responsive and we never had to chase. The team at Connells Wellesbourne are amazing. We found our dream house but felt it was pointless making an offer as ours wasn't even on the market. Claire, the branch manager of Connells randomly saw a post I'd made on a Facebook group and offered to help. It couldn't hurt, so I made an appointment with Claire, but explained it was our dream house or nothing - 'Then lets concentrate on getting you that house!' she said, and she did! Within 48 hours of me appointing Connells our house was sold and we'd had an offer accepted on our dream house. And it didn't stop there. Claire, Jade and the team looked after us every step of the way with advice and expert local knowledge and even delivered post to us after we moved when it failed to redirect. Worth every penny of commission and highly recommended!
